That dip was a good buying opportunity. With all the volatility we've been seeing, I expect we will see a few more buying opportunities in the next few months.

The market is a forward looking mechanism. The REITs are going down because investors believe that profits will go down in the future and then inevitably the dividend will go down too. If you have a contrary view that profits won't go down, then the price decline gives you a good buying opportunity.

The problem is in the timing. The market has been in a steady upward climb now for many weeks and the momentum just keeps on going. At some point it will take a dive, but it may be weeks or months before that happens.

Who is "Strato Trade" and why should we pay any attention to them?

That is an excellent strategy in general. Most people have a hard time doing this because it means going against the crowd. Good luck with NLY.

Just as I predicted back in January, B of A has announced that they are calling this issue. It will be replaced with a series U issue. I expect that the dividend rate will be significantly lower than 7.25 percent.

I agree that this would be a smart thing to do; but I doubt that the management of this company will do the smart thing.

Good luck with that. TZA has been a disaster for the past few weeks. Those that have predicted a correction in the market have been wrong. I hope our luck changes soon.

You forgot to include the rapid rise in the number of Americans receiving Social Security Disability. As Americans become more obese and less healthy, entitlement payments will continue to rose rapidly.

Yes, TZA could run up fast when we get a healthy pullback. The problem is that this market is on a roll and just won't stop going up. This could go on for a few more weeks which means TZA continues to dive.

I'm looking to buy in the low 14's. Don't buy all at once in case it keeps dropping.
