Perhaps you can look at how much CSX depends on coal and what a sustained and permanent decline in coal traffic would mean for CSX?

Yes, he did say to sell CSX because it is too reliant on coal traffic which is falling fast. Apparently utilities are switching to Nat Gas at a rapid rate.
