  • Merilus Inc. (OTCBB:MRHD, MRHD message board) opened with an enormous gap up yesterday, and shot up the charts faster than one can blink. In just a few short minutes, the company's market value had risen THIRTY THOUSAND PERCENT – all on the wings of the largest, most successful pump campaign the OTC Markets have seen in some time.

The first e-mails hit inboxes at 09:31 on July 7 – obviously to great effect. Many notorious promoters, such as PennyStockScholar, OTCTipReporter and StockFreak joined the fun, and as a result, by the end of the day, there were TWELVE different newsletters, all touting the company and/or bragging about the pump's success.

“Merilus, Inc. designs, develops and sells products which provide secure communication solutions. The company serves organizations needing to connect computer networks at multiple locations together and/or to the Internet. Merilus provides hardened firewalls, virtual private networking, electronic commerce solutions and custom Linux solutions.” This is what the company's profile on the OTC markets contains. •Total Assets - $104 (NUMBER NOT IN THOUSANDS)
    •Total Liabilities – 94 thousand
    •Net Loss - $9 thousand

In spite of the claims of pumpers and enthusiasts alike, MRHD barely has ANYTHING to its name. Wonder why the pumps don't mention much more than the company's description and the names in its management? That's because there almost literally is nothing else to MRHD. And yet, despite the fact that the company's finance is this close to non-existence, p

Get out fast. This stock will dive to a penny before long. It is being pumped hard through paid promotions. Trust me I have seen it a hundred times.

Poor fools who bought into this junk at 11 or 12 dollars. What a waste!
