$35 ....... $43 ....... $11 ........ $20
-0- liquidity , -0- future growth , -0- shares traded , 50% off the high 10 years ago ,
why did they go public for crissakes ? BOD's need a contagious
terminal disease to root them out of there , then their heirs can sell it off to a
legitimate banking entity !!! -
Irrational exhuberance , nevertheless , a long time coming .......... Enjoy while you can ,
but puts stops in , this economy is nowhere near healthy .......... This entire stock run
has been pushed by big money , little effect on Main Street ........... Be wary , when
mom, pop and the kids think this is the palce to be for returns , better run fast , the lion
gets the slowest in the herd , always !!! -

Might want to re-check your figures chooch , $ 8.73 May 10 , 2012 , $ 9.66 May 8 , 2013 ............
+ $ .93 doesn't suggest a " tear " , maybe a " tear " , but not a " tear " !!!!
Let's not forget the DOW has risen well over 1,000 pts. during this period ......... A rising tide lifts all boats , doesn't have much to do with FNFG , let's not be giddy !! I would still like to get in , but am waiting for a decent pullback ........ I think they are going to get swallowed up , way too long to name a new CEO ........ No confidence in the franchise , inside or out , IMHO...... -
it has taken a year and the DOW to run well over 1,000 points
into record teritory for FNFG to gain $1.00 ........ I still think a
sale is imminent ....... New CEO will be named at time of
acquisition ........ Agree , the " parachutes " being
enhanced may forecast they'll all be pounding the pavement soon !!! -
Let us not forget $12 hasn't been approached for 5 loooong years and it took the DOW
rising a couple " thousand " points into record territory to accomplish this mediocre number ........
Congratulations if you've hung in there , just wonder what you could have done with your money
in other places ? Good luck to all ........ -

Taking a long time to name a new CEO for the former " Golden Girl "
of upstate NY , wonder why ? Evidently no one in-house is capable .
Does the franchise only have two legs , on their 3 legged stool , and
so wobbly no one wants to risk their reputation or could a possible
buyout and uncertain future be the catalyst for paralyzation ? -

Hell , if I knew it was that easy I'd buy 600 shares , get back to $ 26
where I was stupid enough to buy , then dump it all to get even !!! -
Oh yeah , I'm sure anyone trolling around this $ 9.00 dog (FNFG) , as an option , would be considering a $400 (AAPL) !!! Just looking for a response ot two from long time sufferers at FNFG , as to their thoughts going forward , not smart #$%$ remarks like yours !!!

Years back FNFG was being touted as a surging up and comer , breaking out of the depressed upstate market and sliding South to run with the big dogs ? I considered jumping in then , but hesitated and changed my mind , too much hype !!! Seems this last top guy was a disaster ......... Why is it taking so long to name a new honcho ? I'd like in , if there was some legitimate optimism , but don't want to hang around 5 years , or more , wavering within a buck or two ......... Any advice from long time holders ?

Geez , awe inspiring ? This is the kind of change that falls into the chair cushions of most companies .......... NEWS ? CONFIDENCE INSPIRING ?
Granted the AGCO guy sprung for $ 2MM , is he smarter than the average bear, or just a guy with money to throw around hoping something sticks , remains to be seen .......... -
A five (5) year slog to $ 9.26 , from a high of $ 18.90 w/ a paltry divvy of $ .08 ,
doesn't seem like a celebration , minimal improvement sure ,
but no reason to rejoice ........ -
PNC revenue growth higher than industry average of 0.7% at 11.1% ( same qtr. prior year )
Net income growth significantly exceeded S&P and Commercial Banking industry , increasing 50.8%
Gross profit margin very high at 86.90% ..... Net profit margin 16.63% , above industry average
Improved earnings per share by 45.9% ....P/E ratio of 13.00 vs. S&P P/E ratio of 18.00
So why can't they get out of their own way ? Why such a paltry dividend increase ? Why do they always seem stuck in the mud , at shareholders expense , while insiders reap the lion's share ? -
While reviewing same , since the beginning of the year , it appears these folks have little conscience lining their pockets while throwing the dogs a lousy $.04 divvy !! ........... Dispositions far outweigh acquisitions !! Would be nice to see them stand by their team and promote confidence going forward , rather than sell a.s.a.p ...........
Perpetual sales promote skepticism not optimism ........... Citi , JPM , I think Wells also , beat handily and moved up , I assume PNC will beat then go down !! Give me $2/$3 bump and I'm gone through summer , at least that's my plan !!! -

Still hoping for a couple more bucks before I dump mid-month
