on what is going on with this stock???

  • how_bout_we_talk how_bout_we_talk 17 hours ago Flag

huge success with Enzon?? I see a stock that went from 13 to 70 in 1999-2000, and has subsequently gone to $1........ which part of that did you get???

but seriously, you have the right approach, sprinkle some spec money in a number of long shots, and some might hit paydirt.......

love ya Larry.... but pls do not try to apply any classical analysis to this company..... here, there's one bet and one bet only- is the CEO an earnest yet stubborn entrepreneur doing his best to make this thing work for the benefit of BPH sufferers, shareholders and people worldwide?? Or a shameful huckster perpetuating a long term fraud in cahoots with a shadowy Panamanian based investment group?? that's all, pick your side, and pull up a chair.....

    cheers to all from Montevideo!

oh yeah, last seen on his twitter feed bashing all the HLF shorts....taking it up the hooper a little bit...often wrong, never in doubt.... has that Apple fad crested yet?? was this a classic US economic recovery after all, as he kept professing all through 2009 2010 2011........ at least he finally got his $28 price for the HUNster.......thank you Ben and Janet!! cheers to all!

come clean... please and now. You owe it to all those who have not abandoned belief in what you are doing.. (I should say you owe it to all seven of them)...

every day that these results are delayed is another day where new therapies and competitive threats further develop, limiting the potential longer term for NX 1207........ enough is enough.... where is the human decency here?? where is any concern whatsoever for the foolish few still believing in you?? do you sleep well at night??? you have absolutely NOTHING to say about the progress of the Phase IIIs?? shameful, so shameful...

does anyone else agree with bugats that the stock would not take a hit if the injectable was pulled from the market?? if it is pulled, it would suggest the FDA is more worried about its use, that perhaps it's a tougher road to approval, etc etc......... I think the stock goes to 5.50 or lower, maybe briefly, maybe not, in that instance.

1- it would be a big surprise, and 2- the big big numbers here require the injectable to replace cortizone shots etc etc.........would be a large and surprising blow, I just don't want people thinking it's a non -event if it happens....5x revenues on $120 million in 2014 wound care gives a $5 stock, where 5x revenues is still a high number.... no?? I would like to agree with all here that it will not be pulled, but to say that's a non event seems wrong

not to be harsh, but perhaps google "stock twits"....... it's not a big deal, just some chatter about amniofix wrap as one in a large group of possible treatments for nerve injury.........no studies have been done, no way to know if it's good........

thank you pharma and munkus for coming forward............ seeing the 10 thumbs down for anyone (actually there are only two of us) expressing skepticism and the overwhelming likelihood of failure here, made it seem we were inhabiting a parallel universe where stepford investors claim all is well, the sky is red.......

nice to see there are others of rational minds who had chosen to stay quiet behind the scenes... finally the mindless huckstering of jc (formerly NEWMOX) got to be too much for you too.......

we hereby challenge Dr. Averback to come clean now, to step up and tell us what he is once and for all...... if you are legitimate and honest, come out NOW with a statement of what the heck is going on..... why the delays?? what is happening with the data??? show you're not a deceptive con man, show you're a human being who is truly working for good..... have some human decency and come clean, or be forever known as an instrument of Satan.......

I will say this- if the Doc's move to Nassau is part of an incredible con to make it appear that his sales were legit, and that he's just preparing for his huge financial windfall, he will go down as one of the most diabolical sociopaths in history....... it couldn't be this long of an elaborate ruse, it just couldn't......and now the move to Nassau to throw people off the scent........you have to believe people can be pure evil if that is true..... oh yeah, they can be........ please Doc, don't be pure evil...... say it ain't so

it looks like a patent application, not an issued patent, bugats......is that wrong???...as for the 2014 guidance, original guidance was $100 million at the midpoint, of which $85 million was wound care, $15 million other as you point out.....current guidance is basically at $115 million total... if you say they do more than $115 million in wound care alone this year, that is pretty huge, 35% higher than guided at beginning of year and would imply 2014 total revenues of $130 million if the injectable meets original guidance........ that would be a good number

glad to have you on board, munky........ so what is your hypothesis?? the trials were never done?? the data is messed up due to irregularities at the data monitoring company?? the data is messed up because the drug isn't effective?? do tell.......

  • how_bout_we_talk how_bout_we_talk Sep 11, 2014 12:52 PM Flag

I think it's incorrect to suggest the market is expecting the injectable to be pulled from the market pending completion of trials....... every single holder here expects the opposite, the stock trades at a healthy multiple of revenues, and there are no real stumbles of any kind implied in the current share price... why do you proffer otherwise?? as for the shorts making no sense, straight, read what you just wrote.... that's the consensus bullish call....perhaps, but I think the shorts are banking on the injectable being pulled....i disagree the stock is discounting a removal from the market.... short interest settlement day?? what on earth is that??

wonder if the company told Johnson he better buy stock or else.....lol... but yes, unsubsidized insider buying is always a net plus... I mean the company ex cash is selling for less than 1x sales.... I tend to disagree on the buyback delay, as to me, anytime you can buy back stock at a material discount to its intrinsic value, as long as you aren't impacting your ability to conduct business, it's a good idea......

apparently in the works for some time...... took it through the spin, and is on to other things.....if there is no malfeasance, the stock looks dramatically cheap, 27% discount to conservative NAV, buying back stock and a turn up in utilization and earnings coming......... nobody cares, the float is limited, which is too bad

its share of problems?? don't tell me a company run by Pete Petit had any problems.... perish the thought!!! that's blasphemy!!! just because the stock closed unchanged on the day its takeover was announced, could happen to anybody!!
