    Altria Group, Inc. today announced that it is commencing a cash tender offer for any and all of its senior unsecured 9.700% Notes due 2018 . Altria expects the tender offer to reduce ongoing interest expense, its weighted average coupon rate and debt scheduled to mature

    On 11-28-14 I reported my phone and internet out of service, was given a ticket with commit date of 12-5-14 for clearance. On 12-4-14 a repairman came to our home at 5:15 and said he knew the trouble was not fixed but would be back the next day at 8 AM to fix. He never returned and never called. Then the ticket was closed out. I called again afternoon on Dec 5, found out the ticket had been closed out, was furious, spoke to a supervisor who issued ANOTHER ticket and assured me that even though it was committed for the 10th she would escalate it and do everything she could to get it fixed before then.

    On Dec. 10th I called again at 10 AM and was informed that the SECOND ticket was closed out as cleared on December 7th. You can imagine how wild I was, especially when I asked why they wouldn't have contacted me to see if my phone was indeed working. "Because they have equipment they can run to test the line and so if it looks good they just close out the ticket." Are you kidding me? They have a simple test set that if they had run a test on the dial tone I currently have they would have seen it IS NOT MY DIAL TONE. I'm about hit the roof. I then said if the phone is not fixed by 5 PM tonight I am cancelling my service and switching to COMCAST. They actually issued another ticket. I have no idea if it is going to get fixed, but I do know I am calling COMCAST if they do not fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. I have called the PUC and am calling the Governor's office as well.

  • There many thoughts as to what makes the unit price fall, when I look at the volume of trading and the stated reasons I have to believe it's the chicken little effect, and creates a great time to add to ones position. Great return also.
