  • for this faltering MLM is new recruits. DOWN 27% in NORTH AMERICA last quarter year over year. Not good and they key indicator this bloated pig has reached saturation. China the ONLY growth story and how long can that last? False business opportunities using Sugar shakes as the prop are getting harder and harder to recruit suckers into. From here she rolls over with or without serious FTC intervention.

Once again you have an amazing ability to miss the point! Some people are as dense as lead but you have reached the density levels of osmium. You really have NO idea what you are talking about, do you?

Every company that fails has lots of great reasons they give out prior to the collapse. Go research the great business failures in history and you will see it is true. Another "tell" is the issuance of convert debt before the collapse. Converts are quite often the last place that failing businesses can obtain cash at semi reasonable rates. Management stories seem to make perfect sense as to why revenues and profits are collapsing, why it makes sense to load up the balance sheet with debt, etc etc and the management teams never admit the truth. In the case of HLF and their sugar shake fake business opportunity they are simply running out of suckers. they NEED over 2 million new suckers annually just to stay flat and 2 million new suckers are hard to come by.

  • in a terribly crowded field of protein drinks. First thing is to get them to believe they are "really starting a business" then get them to buy lots of over priced sugar shake to "pursue the business opportunity". In other words have the suckers take their eye off the sugar shake ball, and move it to the "business opportunity ball" aka the sucker shake angle. By the time they figure out the business opportunity is a phony, they will have purchased lots and lots of over priced sugar shake along with maybe conned a few of their friends and family in the sucker shake market. that is how HLF does it!!!

me too! Dream Big. I would love to one day get into a beautiful slightly used double wide. Living large. Some day. Some day...........

  • hope he buys it out for about 70 per share. LOL severely declining recruiting results. (This is critical) Huge debt on balance sheet and big negative net worth. Regulatory inquiries left and right. Over priced commodity sugar filled products that are ONLY sold because people buy them pursuing the false business opportunity. Sounds like a great business to me!!

  • hudget hudget Jun 17, 2015 11:35 AM Flag

I notice that NOT ONE of the cult members even tried to refute the truth behind my original post.

    1. Buying at 25% off when the guy recruiting you is buying at 50% off,
2.NO LIMITS on saturation of terriotory,
3No limits on up line and others price cutting below the new recruits cost,
4.OVERPRICED commodity product to begin with,
    5. trying to recoup excessive shipping and handling expense.
It aint gonna happen and everyone knows that. Which is why all distributors turn to their ONLY opportunity to make any money which is to recruit in OTHER SUCKERS below them to get the new SUCKERS to buy lots of product and get paid by enticing the new recruit in with the SAME FALSE business opportunity they were enticed in with. Less"

"We will be at $80 and this clown will still be posting the same diarrhea." Well I was posting what an abomination this company was at 80, so at least you have that partly right. Also, you keep coming back to the "sheet" theme. Seems like a compulsion with you, as you are a self proclaimed dog sheet eater. You should use your keen intellect and detailed diagnostic skills to explore the link between consuming HLF products, supporting the pyramid and obsession with sheet. That is when you have time between using those skills to search for Sasquatch, analysis of Ackmans intentions, and insulting people on this board. Once again, you have NO idea what you are talking about, do you? LOL you are too easy.

Fruity, here is another example to support your contentions. LOL Note how I also point out your brilliance. Is that being hypocritical? Once again, you have no idea what you are talking about do you?

I think the losses to Ackman and the other shorts will be in the BILLIONS once we show the world how wonderful they will feel with massive fructose and soy protein consumption AND we PROVE once and for all the MASSIVE RETAIL SALES that our distributors are enjoying each day. It is SO GOOD to be on the same side as someone as BRILLIANT and ARTICULATE as you Mr. Flutie!! Less

Where did I say I was short the stock currently? I could be long and just trying reverse psychology on this board. You know this board has tremendous influence over the stock price, right? LOTS of big hitters hang out here to hang on every word of the wise posters and take massive long and short positions based on the wisdom written here daily. Too funny.

Don't let Carl and Stiritz steal this fine company at 60 per share
    by hudget • Jun 3, 2015 4:25 PM Remove
We can't let Carl Icahn and Bill Stiritz steal this wonderful company at these very low valuation multiples. We sell for far less than other MLM's. Why? One reason. Vicious attacks by short sellers distorting the truth about our RETAIL SALES BY DISTRIBUTORS. The solution is easy. Simply compile the retail sales records of distributors have PWC audit them and release so the world can see with certified results that we ARE NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME WHERE DISTRIBUTORS MAKE MORE MONEY SELLING WITHIN AND TO THE NETWORK BUT RATHER WE ARE LEGITIMATE DIRECT SALES ORGANIZATION WHERE DISTRIBUTORS MAKE MOST OF THEIR MONEY SELLING AT RETAIL OUTSIDE THE NETWORK. I was pumping it in the same way a month ago just go back and read my posts. LOL you have no clue what you are talking about, do you?

Go follow those big foot sightings some more. Follow the clues closely with your in depth analysis and maybe you will make a great discovery!!

  • Anyone who gives any thought to the subject has to quickly realize that direct selling these products at true retail is a total fabrication. Buying at 25% off when the guy recruiting you is buying at 50% off, NO LIMITS on saturation of terriotory, No limits on up line and others price cutting below the new recruits cost, OVERPRICED commodity product to begin with, trying to recoup excessive shipping and handling expense. Too funny! The cultists searching for all the hidden meaning in this letter reminds me of the "NUTS" doing all the investigation on big foot signs and sightings. Following every clue for the secret message and what Ackman is really up to. LOL

How many really make it in HLF....100%

    by billy.idol1972 Jun 16, 2015 1:45 PM
hudget hudget Jun 16, 2015 3:08 PM Flag

If by "making it" you mean they get all excited about the potential to earn lots of residual income, pay money to join, buy a bunch of over priced commodity product, pay very high shipping charges, bug their family and friends with their hair brained MLM ideas, self consume a bunch of product and give away most of the rest trying to get others in the scheme and ultimately quit with their tail between their legs then you are correct, about 100% meet that definition of success. LOL

  • HLF is having more and more trouble recruiting new suckers into the distributor bucket: FACT
    HLF's revenues are FALTERING: FACT
HLF balance sheet is in tatters with big negative net worth and MASSIVE DEBT: FACT

They try to spin all these facts and talk about meeting drastically lower expectations, changes to the model, growth will accelerate later, blah blah blah but I have been at this game a long time and have heard many companies try to spin their realities but still the REALITIES remain. The realities are NOT pretty. Mr. Market has apparently NOT caught on but will in time I would think.

I am not angry at all. I am enjoying life immensely. I just have never met anyone who ate dog sheet until you told us the other day that Kale and Dog sheet taste the same. have you also eaten cat sheet and other animal feces or do you limit your consumption to dog sheet? Do you have a preferred breed for dog sheet?
