  • if you are making money you are a distributor. that is the 1%. If you are losing money you are a member. That is the 99%. Gee, i guess it really is pretty simple.

  • our customer base, or is it that our customer base is really our sales force. It really depends on who is asking the question and for what reason. When talking to prospective distributors/members the main pitch is getting rich by recruiting others but when talking to regulators or the public at large it is just one big membership club enjoying the discounts of being members. LOL

  • push the new customers to become a distributor/member when the new customer does not want to sell they only want the discount? Almost 80% of current members are becoming distributors for this reason. Hint: the current distributor would make the same profit for himself/herself by selling for 25% off without forcing the new customer to sign the agreement and pay the franchise fee. SCAM

  • profit margins trying to really sell this stuff as a "direct seller". How many cans of F1 does one have to sell to make it as a salesperson making even minimum wage? What is the average overhead for a distributor? What is the real ROE for even a minimal purchase of a "membership/distributorship"? Why did HLF change the name of its "direct sellers" to Members only after Ackman pointed out their deception? Why would a new customer who only wants the 25% discount (80% of the members now according to the liars at HQ) distributor/member sign up pay the $59 fee, sign lengthy agreement to get a discount of 25% when it is READILY available from almost any current distributor (not even mentioning the internet) for the same discounted price without going through the cost and hassle?

  • on average. do recruiting distributors tell new prospective distributors how many customers they will need to find and keep to make even $7.25 per hour after covering even a minimal overhead? Probably NOT. They are too busy telling them how they will get rich by recruiting others who also will have no idea what it takes to make it as a true direct salesperson. I have done the math and it would take an excellent sales person full time to make minimum wage with this pyramid scheme. It does not work. it can not work. It is a recruiting scam pure and simple. If you cant recruit you are dead meat. Oh, but now they are no longer "distributors" just "members" paying to sign up and signing a long distributors agreement to get a discount they can easily get without signing up! that makes no sense either.

  • is what this propaganda machine is all about. What use to be "distributors" are now "members" What use to be a huge income opportunity is now just discount buying for what amounts to still double the price of anyone else. So why do all these discount buyers flock to rah rah sessions to learn how to get rich in the pyramid if they are just discount buyers? Every lie they tell creates more problems for them. Keep paying top dollar to get phd's to endorse and promote the over priced undifferentiated commodity products. This remains a money transfer scheme selling over priced commodity product TO its distributors no matter what they call them.

Molly was over 90% of sales last year when MT Milligan was just starting up. first quarter Molly was 64% of revenues. I see Molly dropping to 50% by end of this year in mix of revenues.

  • TC produced 14.2 million pounds of copper and sold 10.8 million. They produced 39,000 ounces of gold and sold 23,874. they produced 7.9 million pounds of Molly and sold 9.8 million. It is difficult to analyze the differences plus the price differentials. For example they received on average $1,025 per ounce of gold sold but gold is at spot of $1300 now. Molly average price sold was 10.45 and it is now over 14. I know they hedge some products and there is a one month lag in molly prices at least between their monthly contract and price realized. But when modeling this I see revenues this year of between 705 to 720 million. Molly production flat until they get busy on ph 8? Copper and Gold ramping up with mt milligan. I model 11 cents this year and with a little pricing wind at our back on these commods we could see .30-.4 next year. Liquidity not a problem. Insolvency off the table. Could rock if prices keep going up which I think they will. I come up with a stockvalue of $7.7 on the price per share based on five year projections. How soon we get there is anyones guess.

The best word to describe this company and everyone profiting from it. LOL

  • they said in the press release announcing earnings they would buy 216 plus 50 million additional in the first half. Today they announce they are buying 266 million from BAc. Looks to me like they will not be in the market just taking BAC out of a bad position. Why did they not just announce this when they announced earnings? Sleazy company. Can not trust them. Always trying to pull a fast one on distributors and everyone else.
