  • Final Ruling on this is scheduled for April 2015 according to the Federal Register

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) are publishing for public comment a proposed rule defining the scope of waters protected under the Clean Water Act (CWA), in light of the U.S. Supreme Court cases in U.S. v. Riverside Bayview, Rapanos v. United States, and Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (SWANCC), and Rapanos v. United States (Rapanos). This proposal would enhance protection for the nation's public health and aquatic resources, and increase CWA program predictability and consistency by increasing clarity as to the scope of “waters of the United States” protected under the Act.

  • Landfill Leachate Water Recycling will be the gift that keeps on giving. Watch the EPA Clean Water Act definition of U.S. Waters regulation as well. Supposed to be a 2015 agenda item. That could be a catalyst for using Ozonix across a broad range of agricultural/environmental remediation/industry/municipal recycling.

    8K Filing Today, Feb. 25

I am a continual buyer/accumulator of this stock. Believe that there are many more licensing deals like this possible and they haven't even scratched the surface of international possibilities. This clarification of 5% licensing royalty fees on Gross Revenues is in this SEC filing, but not in a press release. I sent a link to the SEC 8-k out over my Twitter account. Everyone else should do the same. You should also feature the YouTube videos of the Ozonix, Ecos Powercube, Corporate Video, etc. on your Twitter accounts so that your followers have a chance to see the technologies being commercialized. Just my opinion on how to bring awareness to these patented technologies and products being offered under commercial licensing agreements.

That is huge news and a direct licensing partner as well. Equipment orders will follow and 5% gross revenues will be welcomed. We need several more of these direct deals and ESPH will be back on track.

  • There was a new corporation filed for Sea of Green Systems, Inc. on November 10th, 2014 which is when they launched the Ecos Growcube. Maybe a name change or DBA of Ecos Growcube, Inc.? Dennis McGuire is CEO and Michael Donn is listed Chairman of the corporation. You can look it up on CorporationWiki.

I am stating that they are aggressively monetizing all of their investment ventures in various ways. Some are being spun off in IPOs, others are being outright sold, others are being organically grown to increase shareholder value. If they spin off or sell FNES then ESPH will receive 31% of those proceeds or IPO stock. If they put money toward FNES to grow it, then ESPH benefits from the growth in their 31% stake. Either way it is a positive. I just know that they have to have a plan for it in some regard. They have shown plans for all the other asset investments on their books.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • What's in store for FIdelity National Enironmental Solutions, sale, IPO, funding for growth? FVFV is busy monetizing its investments. Especially last Quarter. Conference Call for FNFV is at 12 pm EST. You can get that information in their press release.

    Mary Jane Wines Tweet

I retweeted their post and I retweet and follow Ecosphere Technologies on Twitter. You all should do the same with your Twitter accounts. I also have the YouTube videos of their Ozonix Process, Ecos Powercube, and the Corporate Video YouTube on my Twitter Videos for all my followers to watch. Pretty easy to set up if you have a Twitter account. Everyone should retweet every PR that is put out by Ecosphere if you want the word to spread and others to follow Ecosphere Technologies on Twitter.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I noticed Mary Jane Wines tweeted on the 16th about being excited to meet with Ecosphere Technologies. They are a hemp winery out of San Francisco according to their website. Maybe opportunity with the Growcube and Ozonix machines in the making of their wine I would guess. Not sure much more than they said to wish them luck which to me means that they were interested in opportunities going into whatever took place.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Great buying opportunity at this level in my opinion. I continue to accumulate for the long term. This technology is worth much more than the market capitalization is valuing it at in my opinion.

They are their own subsidiaries. FNES only has global rights to Ozonix for Energy applications (Oil, Gas, Coal, Nuclear, Power Plants) That is how I interpret it.

Did you also see that Hydrozonix filed for incorporation in the State of Wyoming in late December? Must mean they plan on recycling water at the Grasslands Environmental facility for Green Group Holdings in the coming year. Just my opinion once again.

They assigned one of their Managing Directors, Katie Story, is found on LinkedIn and assigned to Ecos Growcube Inc. and another Managing Director is Chad Wold was involved with Bledsoe Capital at one point (I think). That would be the connection to FNES. These are just my observations and do your own due diligence.

I noticed Forza Partners, LLC is assigned for raising funds for Ecos Growcube Inc. Do a search on Google. They are a global, boutique financial investment firm out of Dallas, TX. Not sure if they are also raising funds for any other subsidiaries of Ecosphere Technologies, Inc.

Read the Mitsubishi press release. It sounds like the Ozonix process which is a combination of technologies that produce an advanced oxidation. If it infringes they should give Mitsubishi notice. Mitsubishi looks to commercialize in 2019, so Ecosphere should get licensing negotiations started now. Maybe Mitsubishi could commercialize the Ozonix proven technology much faster.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • PR announcement today. The description of their process sounds exactly like Ozonix. Hope they know it is patented and they will need to license it from Ecosphere Technologies, Inc.

    NEW TECHNOLOGY LICENSING

Is there an affiliation with DRC Emergency Services? Just my speculation. They manage landfills and have a marine services division. Company much like Phillips & Jordan in that they help with disaster recovery, debris management, landfills, marine services, and other logistics. US H2O could be an affiliated company being formed with DRC, much like Hydrozonix was for Phillips & Jordan, Siboney, and PBA Holdings, Inc. All just my speculation from what I can see through online search. Guess we have to wait until their website is available and / or we get another press release for an equipment order that might explain more details.

They are listed under FNES Partners on the Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. website. That is what I know. They no longer have exclusive licensing rights to the Ozonix technology in domestic U.S. on-shore oil & gas market, but still have a non-exclusive licensing agreement to use it. FNES has the right to also grow their client base or sign other non-exclusive agreements for the domestic U.S. on-shore oil & gas market. That is how I interpret where things stand from what is available online.
