Don't forget that with each new machine that is put into service, Hydrosphere has also agreed to pay on-going royalty payments to FNES on all water processed in the licensed territory. So long as the commitments are met, Hydrosphere shall remain the exclusive sub-licensed partner of FNES in the territory of Alberta and North East British Columbia, Canada for all hydraulic fracturing applications.

price of oil vs cost to produce

They will look for ways to increase profitability and decrease environmental exposure which bodes well for ecosphere I would think. If they are saving $100,000 per well according to Hydrosphere Energy Solutions' client from their latest press release and saves money on water costs and chemical costs, then Ecosphere's Ozonix process is in a sweet spot.

All other subsidiaries at this point are 100% owned by Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. until they announce otherwise. So, the Brasil Clean Energy deal should be 100% booked revenues and royalties. It appears that they will begin using their first EF10M purchased in the fourth quarter. Hopefully we hear about more purchase orders soon. Their licensing deal is volume of water based with minimums per machine. I feel that is the right approach and will eventually help with cash flow. Industrial water pollution is a big problem in Brazil and I am optimistic that when they see the Ozonix technology and its capabilities it should turn into a lucrative market segment and help prove up the Food and Beverage Industry application for global licensing opportunities. Just my opinion as always.

GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – October 28th, 2014) – HydroSphere Energy Solutions (Canada) Corp. (“HydroSphere”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully and cost-effectively removed hydrogen sulphide (H2S) from frac flowback and produced water sources to a non-detect level.

HydroSphere has now completed several on-site sour water treatment jobs reducing H2S concentrations of up to 12,000 ppm to 0 ppm (“non detectable”). Our client has estimated their net savings are in excess of $100,000 per well, including savings from re-using the treated water in subsequent fracs.

The mobile treatment process employs a powerful, liquid chemical-free combination of sciences that provide a very high rate treatment for bacteria, scale, organics and hydrogen sulphide while producing a fluid that is more compatible with other chemicals being used in the completions process. Unlike traditional scavengers that coat the outer walls of H2S molecules, the Ozonix® Advanced Oxidization Process fully oxidizes hydrogen sulphide, creating a safer fluid that can be recycled and reused in the fracturing process.

“We knew from our research and our pilots that Hydrosphere could treat sour water successfully and economically – so it’s great to see the commercial performance outcomes exactly as planned,” states Scott Donahue, HydroSphere’s CEO. He continues, “Hydrosphere can also reduce the need for harmful chemical additives to the water. And, unlike other water treatment technologies, it’s very rapid and leaves no residues.”

Under an exclusive licensing agreement, HydroSphere’s aim is to build a fleet of Ozonix® water treatment systems to service the industry’s growing water challenges. HydroSphere’s system takes what was once a waste stream and turn it into a valuable commodity, while reducing the need for fresh water.

Darren Aylesworth, HydroSphere’s Operations Manager commented, “The Ozonix® EF10M is a fully mobile, self-contained, water

    Google Search: Hydrozonix Grasslands
If you search the Web, the article should be the first in the list.
If you search News, it also will come up.
Basically the Grand Opening article for Grasslands Environmental explaining the facility and plans for its use.

Grasslands Environmental is looking forward from this current project, planning to develop two similar sites within the state. The locations of those projects were not disclosed.

“We think there is a very bright future for energy in Wyoming,” Kaufmann said. “There’s a big difference between growth that runs you over as compared to controlled growth. What we’re seeing here is more of a controlled growth rather than what’s happening in North Dakota . . . I think the oil and gas industry appreciates when they have third parties like us come in and make major developments to help handle the infrastructure.”

The wastewater facility will open by late October, accepting contaminated water in a dozen 19-foot-deep collection ponds. The ponds are all double lined and utilize double-wall piping with leak detection.

Grasslands Environmental plans to utilize sister company Hydrozonix’ advanced oxidation water treatment unit to recycle water from oil and gas drilling. Green Group Holdings Vice President Oscar Allen said the unit will bring contaminated water in, separate the oil and recycle it.

“It’s a process of moving hydrocarbons from the water and storing it for reuse,” Allen said.

“That helps to cut down on the amount of groundwater that people have to pull out of wells,” Green Group Holdings President Ernest Kaufmann said. “They reuse the water as opposed to taking it out of the reservoirs and rivers.”

Those machines are the total that Hydrozonix originally bought. If they are put to task permanently that may be a catalyst for more purchase orders moving from here...

  • Connecting the dots of speculation:
Green Group Holdings, LLC (GGH) seems to be a partnership of Phillips and Jordan and Herzog and some of their principals from what I see on the web. Phillips and Jordan have a satellite office in Douglas, WY which is the location of Grasslands Environmental (oil and gas waste/disposal/water recycling/water sales plant). GGH Wyoming, LLC is the operator of that facility from what I read on the web, so essentially Phillips and Jordan is ownership who constructed and is now operating the plant. In an article about the grand opening Grasslands Environmental leadership said they plan to recycle water and resell it back to oil and gas operators using Hydrozonix. This is the first oil and gas waste disposal and recycling facility for GGH and they are said to have plans for another in Texas. The Grasslands Environmental facility is the only one of its kind in Wyoming. It opened to start receiving produced water this month. 4 water pits operational upon opening to expand to 12 from what I see on their website. Hydrozonix purchased 12 total machines so far from Fidelity National Environmental Solutions (Ecosphere's global partner for oil and gas using Ozonix). Will they put one machine on each pit? Will this cause additional orders for growth to cover the next facility of this kind, as well as, recycling water directly at well sites? Is this the catalyst that is needed for Hydrozonix to grow exponentially? I am looking at this with rose colored glasses, but I like how I think (speculatively) this might develop. Do your own due diligence as always.
