Any attorney worth a salt would tell you both to stop wasting your days on message boards and to come to him or her with something legitimate rather than a request for a document memorializing a wager with an anonymous person that may or may not be legal/enforceable in the jurisdiction in which the anonymous person you're bantering with online lives.
Your suggestion that you both have attorneys ready to participate in/enable your online delusions is comical.
I believe the stock is still overpriced where it is, but that article was a waste of time. Other than the court documents associated with the arbitration award, its sources were online complaint forums and waste of time anonymous internet sources which, even if believed, were disgruntled (former) employees offering their opinions on how to run an international company from the perspective of a worker bee. It might as well have cited this board.
