Hey, I'm all in favor of 30¢. And if you look at todays NASDAQ Time and Sales you will see a whole bunch of 100 share trades at 55¢, so why is 30¢ out of the question?. Lets see, 55¢ x 100 = $55. So if you paid commissions you would only be about 15% in the hole already, unless you were a hedge fund flash trader and did not have to pay commissions -- and you are just trying to manipulate the stock. Now why would they want to do that? Surely the SEC is watching to protect the rest of us. Is 30¢ out of the question? They got it down to 50¢, so why not 30¢? I love it at that level. Lets ask Piggy, he knows EVERYTHING. How about it Piggy?
Oh, Piggy, we are so disappointed to see you post again. We had hoped you had gone away. Everything you post seems to be so stupid. Its a waste of everybody's time.
"A total flop"? Do you actually know something we don't? Seems we get a lot of "expert knowledge" from this board.
"Expert Knowledge" -- You know, that is when you are more than 50 miles away from home and talking about something you know nothing about.
Oh, Piggy! It is such a disappointment to see you posting again. I had hoped you had gone away. Don't you think it is time to cover your shorts and leave?
In this case we are talking pennies, not percentages. The most it can go to is zero. That last penny would be 100%. Time to start looking up.
Yes, they will manipulate with the least amount of money. If they can do it with $50 trades with no commission the better for them. If it was me or you making those trades we would be deep in the hole, even with minimum commissions. Ad if you doubt the HFT, please explain seven or more trades in the same second.
Please go back over what you just wrote and explain 7 trades of 100 shares in the same second. I believe the current vernacular is " High Frequency Trading." Go to NASDAQ Time and Sales, and you can see it yourself. Noted short seller Bill Fleckenstein, who correctly predicted the financial crisis in 2007, and is very cautious of stocks manipulated by HFT, thinks this should be outlawed. If it is helping you, please let us know how.
What does all of this have to do with the obvious manipulation of the stock price? If you like the manipulation don't write the SEC. If you don't like manipulation, then go to SEC.gov and complain.
Look at the NASDAQ Time and Sales for today. Several times there are four or five 100 or 200 share trades in the same second. Manipul8ion continues. If you don't like it please take a few minutes and fill out a form at SEC.gov.
Based on past experience it is reasonable for gold to bottom at the cost of production.. LODE's raw production is about $675 per ounce but with all costs in it is closer to $1,100 per ounce. Seems to me the bottom is near, but there is always the chance it will over-shoot a little. I just doubt it will get to $350. If China and India get deeply involved in selling it could cause some very low short term effects.
