Cramer is not the only one doing research on stocks, and sometimes his conclusions are very distorted - sounding more like manipul*tion than facts. Raymond James's research does not show the same concerns for LinCo or LINE. I think I will go with R-J and buy some more. They concluded the distributions should be stable or better, and 9.7% to 10% sure seems good to me. Seems the markets reaction to Cramer is overdone. I expect the gap will fill sooner rather than later.
Boo Boo, please don't check in again and let us know about it. There are those of us who believe it is worth while to pay for the good management we now have. We really don't want your opinion.
Please go back to your playpen and play nicely with your toys.
Usually no news IS good news. Most of what we hear is just "noise" anyway. Wait for the facts. If I recall it takes at least 90 days for a new pile to start producing, so I don't expect too much before summer.
After careful reading of "A Closer Look At Kinder Morgan Energy Partners' Distributable Cash Flow As Of Q4 '13" by Seeking Alpha, I just do not see where the significant recent drop in KPM price was justified. I think I will just look at it like Warren Buffet's recent comments or George Gilder's "Knowledge and Power" --- its just noise -- and an opportunity to buy.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I'm delighted to have just the 9% in this market. If the current dividend holds, as I expect, then I'm not going to worry about the noise generated by the manipul*tors. As the traders say, the gap will close. Be patient.
With the action the last few days, maybe the manipul*tion has already taken place and we can look forward to a decent rise. I still think it will take a bunch of cash to further develop the other mine areas and more production facilities - but I also believe they will be able to do it with internal cash flow unless they want to accelerate the progress, and then maybe it would be worth it to borrow some money. If they do borrow some money or raise capital with new issue to facilitate more production I am sure it will bring out the bashers and manipul*tors. I have no doubt that they have quality management making rational decisions and we will all benefit from their experience.
My broker was wondering who at Barrons was very short last Friday. Not that I don't trust Barrons, the same ones that beat on LINE last year only to be proven wrong. You don't think they would do something like that again, do you? :-)
Good to see the 100 day moving average cross over the 200 day moving average. Maybe things are going to get to $38 like we expect. In the meantime I'm glad to get the distributions.
Opening volume was 100 shares. This usually means "I need more shares" in manipulator talk. Why else would someone trade $199 worth of stock? So, all you sellers please step up to the plate.
I guess the price going up doesn't have anything to do with the fact they are producing silver and gold and making money? I think I will just wait for the next reliable report. The facts beat the #$%$ you guys put out every time.
Rumors at the Cooling Technology Institute meeting had them selling their small cooling tower business to Johnson Controls. Is this real?
