I actually like the MGP side. I think it represents great value moving forward and the dividend. MGM will be a dead stock for years.
This company wont be a round in 2-3 years. Everyone is stealing market share from them and lot of people order on-line or buy from Marshall's, Rost Stores or TJ Max. I just don't see how this company can survive. And they sell shoes at much higher prices then most.
I bought at $18.60 so have been very happy with my purchase. This is one of those stocks not many know about. Which is just fine with me lol
Target is going to set up 10 porta potties in isle 6. Don't forget to flip it to occupied lol. And no I have never gone in Target or walmart bathrooms. Only Macy's. I'm all about how clean they are. And I don't care how bad I have to go. I will hold till I get home shiftsuper175607. Only a 3 min ride for me so lol. My kids are the same way. And honestly I'm not in Target that long. In and Out. But i get it. Still I see Target over turning all this eventually when it doesn't work for customers and they continue to boycott.
Dude that's what family rooms are for. I have 2 kids ages 3 and 4 and I have always taken them into a family room. Like I said you have choices.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Not going to stop me from shopping at Target. I wouldn't never use the bathroom there anyway. Never have!! And Target still has single-stall, family restrooms for those who may be more comfortable with that option. So you have your choice. I don't base my shopping on bathrooms. Target is a great place to shop and always will be. This will blow over and your wife will shop there again. Not going to go to Walmart. Those stores are a mess!! So where else are you going shop that has everything you need?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I agree but the one problem I have is too many targets are close to each other. For instance in my area in PA there are 2 Targets that are 2 min away from each other. Why would they need to do this? One of those targets are in a mall and the other is like a ghost town. They need to spread out their stores at least 4-5 miles apart. They need to start closing the under-performing stores. Too many Targets if you ask me.
This stock has been over-valued but investors keep bidding it up.The numbers are too high and they only way it stays at these levels is only if they blow away estimates. I just don't see that happening.
I think you right. I actually sold today. Walmart is taking market share away and the grocery stores are in trouble with pricing pressure.
Are we suppose to get shares in Baxalta if we were a shareholder in BAX before May 18th? A bit confusing with the news yesterday.
