Who are these people? They directly and through a supposed Idera director and Pillar founder ABDUL-WAHAB UMARI control almost 7 million shares. I do not find ANY information on-line about Pillar, yet 2 of there supposed directors sit on Idera's board. ABDUL-WAHAB UMARI's trades are listed as insider, director on NASDAQ, but he is not listed as director on the Idera web site. Looking at ABDUL-WAHAB UMARI's profile, he was a Lead Systems Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation from 1989 to 1993. How does he go from that to director of Idera and millions of dollars available to invest? A little uncomfortable with the Lebanese connection, is this Iranian money in disguise? Where the heck do they suddenly materialize from and what's the connection with Idera?
Actually there were three buys this month: Pillar, now owns 19%, Broadfin Capital $.5 million shares, Healthcor 3.27 million. There were no sales!
Major insider, Pillar is registered in Lebanon! One of the directors Abdul Wahab Umari controls Pillar. Between he two of them they are the major insiders!
I wish the Teapublican would list the reasons they hate ACA! All they say is that it is bad and bad and bad. Never why! When individual provisions are polled everyone agrees they like, as a whole for that group it is bad! When did the stupid party become the crazy party?
Seriously, it's not the Govt shutdown that is rattling the market, it's the debt ceiling issue! So all you Republicans here, call your reps and put the heat on the idiots! What a bunch of spoiled toddlers! Seriously, don't they get it? Obamacare was vetted by the electorate and upheld by the Supreme Court, the Tea Party is trying to usurp the will of the people, this is an attempted coup of the people! The stupid party is fast becoming the crazy party and the dangerous party!
Further, day traders might see their trades go horribly south! If they short sell, I'm certain there are buyers waiting to snap up shares! Might be left scrambling to cover!
Considering that institutions now hold about 40% of the float & insiders 23% wiggle room for shorts is real tight! I see a meteoric rise $20 on the horizon!
The damper on the SP was fear of a secondary, now that that's out of the way the only place to go is up!
Newbie question, looking to jump in today. Reviewed poster presentation of psoriasis phase2 study. Why was there a better response to the low dose 0.16mg/kg than high dose 0.32 mg/kg?
