relax........its just paper
its ok....its not worth the stress
temporary approval.....we failed to reveal that too. It should of been in the headlines when they posted it
this was a big one.....incredible as it may seem....The SEC needs to come in and stop the stock then make it clear unbelievable not believable..all mean the same thing
Restart trade LOL
Takeda will end their relationship with OREX, they have already said they had no idea OREX did this
They will also ask for all data and the patent
remember what not believable means....untrue
Thats why there was a rush to get the patent........I question the research team somewhat or perhaps not
I say is more beleivable then this drug is a benefit to cardo systems
This is a crazy situation...
Not believable means not true. Based on the cocktails components the FDA said no cardio benefit...untrue...not believable
I feel more then eve going to pull the drug based on the hurry to get the patent.
Patent means nothing without FDA approval
all they had was a preliminary approval.
Now do you get it?
Look that was the word used by FDA
Not believable equates to a lie
Trust me The FDA will prove it
They have no choice
I think they mean it's a lie!
Do you get it now
Gerber lost of course and they lost billion and had to pay billions
In a lawsuit settled this fall, Gerber Food Corporation has been ordered to give every child born between 1985 and 1997 a $500.00 U.S. Savings Bond for falsely advertising Staggering amount.............game over
Nice trade, This OREX thuing has caused me to stop trading and look closer at why this happened, who was responsible, what was the intent, who sold their shares, who shorted the stock, who knew the EFDA was going to slam OREX, what was the CEO thinking, what does he plan to do with OREX and the patent, If OREX goes under does the CEO take the Patent back to India? What will happen to the investors who lost money, the SEC is investigating, what is their intent and when the shares stop trading monday what will the final outcome be. I am very interest to hear from their Japanese Partner on Monday
This company is way out of line. You have to have respect for authority and values. What doctor in their right mind will recomend this drug..
I love this
The Federal Trade Commission has charged Gerber Products Co., also doing business as Nestlé Nutrition, with deceptively advertising that feeding its Good Start Gentle formula to infants with a family history of allergies prevents or reduces the risk that they will develop allergies.
FDA responded to the petition with an enforcement letter which assessed the evidence, and concluded “that the current scientific evidence is appropriate for consideration of a qualified health claim Bizarrely, Nestle/Gerber continued making the claim that its formula reduced the risk of developing allergies, and on top of this, advertised FDA’s enforcement letter as a ‘gold badge’ In this case, misrepresenting the FDA’s enforcement letter as approval of a claim, created a second layer of enforcement — from FTC.The FT sued and thhe FDA ordered them to removetheir product from the shelves unlethehaned their claims
Gerber, the FTC alleges, has no scientific evidence to support the claims. That violates federal laws regulating product claims, according to the agency. Another violation, the FTC said, is the claim Good Start Gentle is the "first and only" formula that "meets FDA qualified health claim." The FTC said the FDA approve
This is a case study what not to do
I have never seen such stupidity
Lockheed might as we circumvent the pentagon and build a better fighter for the Rissians
