I have noticed that the macro influences in the mining stocks have stifled any type of rally that is happening on positive earnings.
Last week we saw a miner report that lowered their all in costs for all their metals and their stock went down. We saw a part of AUY pre-release their production results and another significant find in the mine and you saw what happened to this stock.
I would say flip a coin and that is what the stock will do, or not do.
I like your posts and take all posts with a grain of salt, but your buying/holding/selling principals seem to mirror my own so there is no reason to call you out as a fraud. It's just silly that they are personally attacking you for whatever reason...
Ready to admit I was right yet so I can forgive you?
Almost time to buy more of this pig; waiting patiently for earnings flop so I can buy in hand over fist.
No idea why PEP is taking so long to partner with SODA nationwide. That wild cherry and Sierra Mist flavors were fantastic!
We shall see. I've seen this preview a few times over the last month now.
I sure hope you are correct, but AUY is not participating in this pop as much as some of the other miners are which is a bit irritating. Still time in the trading day left though.
You SIR are wrong. I am certain that they have the raise in rates which would only be a quarter of one percent baked into this price. YOU did notice it was down quite a bit before today didn't you?
AUY isn't in a position to acquire any more companies; at least not at this price per share. I don't see AUY increasing their foot print right now.
AUY has enough current cash and availability to funds on their debt lines to run the company at the current gold price for several years before going BK. They could shut down some higher cost to produce mines and keep the ones that remain profitable with the lower gold price open. This will get them through this mess while other gold mines fail which will lower the supply out there and increase the price of gold allowing AUY to open back up once closed mines.
Hopefully it doesn't come to this, I mean the price of Gold has only dropped a fraction of what all gold miners have. I see this as big money scaring ma and pa investors out of this sector before they let it rebound.
I will buy more when I can.
This is just BRUTAL. I'm averaged in at 3.06/share, but I have NEVER saw a stock drop every single friggin day like this before. RSI is just pathetic here. ugh!
I am confused as to how they are paying over a 100M in taxes, but are showing a loss. How does a company pay more in taxes than their profits?
Why are you posting here? Lots of short agenda posts lately. A great indicator that the price action is done creating any fear, we go up from here
