    Alive and Resaonably Well...

    Hey Scott Eranger: Did you REALLY need to post this same thing FIVE TIMES?

  • Read about it here:
    The evil dictator fled to Paraguay, via Argentina, before settling in a small town in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil, according to a shocking new book. Hitler is said to have used the assumed name of Adolf Leipzig and was known to the 12,000 locals in Nossa Senhora do Livramento as "the Old German".
    The man at the centre of the controversial claim is pictured, two years before his death in 1984, posing happily with his black girlfriend Cutinga. Simoni Renee Guerreiro Dias, who wrote Hitler in Brazil - His Life and His Death, claims he was in the area hunting for buried treasure using a map given to him by friends withing the Vatican. She insists that Hitler was using his lover Cutinga to hide his true identity as a vile Aryan supremacist. Simoni, a Brazilian jew, refuses to accept that the Fuhrer shot himself in his Berlin bunker on April 30 1945. She is demanding that Leipzig's remains be exhumed and his DNA tested tested against living relatives of Hitler. She told local journalists: "I just laughed at first, I thought it was a joke. Today I'm convinced it is true and Adolf Hitler didn't end up here by chance." Simoni spent two years in the small town near the Bolivian border, which was founded during an 18th century gold rush, investigating her oddball theory.
    She has linked the Fuhrer's alleged arrival in the area to a Vatican offer of ownership rights over buried Jesuit treasure in a cave near his adopted home. And she claims that he chose the surname of Leipzig because it was the birthplace of Hitler's favourite composer, Bach.

    George W Bush's family were in from the beginning, on these hoaxes. The Truth is stranger than fiction!

    AGNC has dropped 23% since I bought it late May. Bummer!

    But, ARR which I sold then, dropped even more (26%). WOOHOO!

    BUT, the overall mkt (S&P 500 has GAINED 9% since then. BUMMER!

  • I was the second assistant director on it. Bet you didn't know that, folks!

    If I sold my AGNC now, I'd lose over 50% of the dividends I've collected so far.

    And I'm not smart enough to swing trade. Every time I think about doing that, I start to perspire.

    Besides, if I sell now I lose over 50% of the dividends that I've collected. So, I just plan to ride this baby down all the way below $1.00 share price.

    After that, maybe they'll make a sequel to Subliminal Seduction

    I know what you mean roberts, but I'm not smart enough to swing trade. Every time I think about doing that, I start to perspire. Besides, if I sell now I lose over 50% of the dividends that I've collected. So, I just plan to ride this baby down all the way below $1.00 share price.

    Book value is what is on the books.
    Similarly, fair value is what the company could sell everything for at it's local county fair.

    It's all very simple, I don't know why all you YAHOOS! can't understand simple stuff like this.

    Maybe announced next week. I'm feeling 1.25 as well.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 7, 2013 9:23 AM
    They keep divy the same until they have a better idea in the future of the FED's plans…

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 7, 2013 9:00 AM
    No announcement on the dividend yet.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 6, 2013 5:24 PM
    If the divy holds at 1.25 I agree with you that the pps will go into the low 30s. Drop in divy an who knows ? I think that when AGNC is healthy it should trade between 31 and 33.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 6, 2013 5:03 PM
    Right you were Dave. Now tell me about the divy, ( just between us)
    iguanaman_99 • Jun 6, 2013 4:54 PM
    Let's hope its a trend for all the REITs.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 6, 2013 4:30 PM
    If AGNC keeps the 1.25 divy, the REIT sector will get a boost in the arm. Because AGNC is touted to be the best run REIT out there, others follow its trends. I'm hoping AGNC keeps the 1.25 and the sector gets stronger.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 6, 2013 4:25 PM
    I don't think there will be a Friday sell off tomorrow if there is no divy announcment. Folks will hold and wait. If there is an announcement Friday 6/7, and its a cut, there will be a flood of sales. Same divy will attract a lot of money and AGNC will continue through to 30 in the next few weeks. Just my opinion. I'm long and here for the quarterly paydays. Less

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 5, 2013 4:55 PM
    1.25

    by iguanaman_99 • Jun 5, 2013 10:03 AM
    This could be the beginning of the dividend run up and we could see pps go 31-32 in the next few days.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 5, 2013 9:24 AM
    Hopefully the pps will rise to around 30-32, 36 isn't realistic, but being long I'm more concerned with the dividend.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 5, 2013 9:22 AM
    Could dilute dividends causing a reduction unless new mbs go to work quickly to earn income.

    iguanaman_99 • May 31, 2013 3:34 PM
    If they declare a reduced divi, I think the price will plummet. Same divi, then look for it to hit 30 before Sept.

    Re "If earnings are higher will dividend be increased ? 1.15-1.20 ?"
    I SAY DIVIDEND WILL BE 1.25!

    iguanaman_99 • 1 hour 16 minutes ago
    Kane had better back up his bullish speech with a nice dividend announcement.

    iguanaman_99 • 1 hour 30 minutes ago
    My opinion, AGNC maintains 1.25 or raises to 1.30
    iguanaman_99 • 3 hours ago
    1.30

    iguanaman_99 • 21 hours ago
    Not a snowballs chance in hell they'll cut the dividend…

    iguanaman_99 • 22 hours ago
    1.25 or more...?

    iguanaman_99 • 22 hours ago
    Ben, are you saying there is enough income for a 1.33 dividend ??

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 13, 2013 11:08 AM
    @ movie, agree with you. sympathetic rise in AGNC on ARR's good news. I'm looking forward to $1.25 Q3 dividend.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 13, 2013 11:03 AM
    Are you sure he said Q2 dividend ? We just exited that, didn't we. $1.25 Q3 dividend. All other major REITs have held their dividends in this weeks announcements.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 12, 2013 10:21 PM
    I feel that the dividend will be 1.25.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 12, 2013 7:30 PM
    O.k. I'm hoping Kane will back up his bullish view of the future of AGNC with an uncut dividend of 1.25 or 1.30. Mr. Kane, I'm on your side and am looking forward to my next huge dividend check.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 12, 2013 6:57 PM
    I see 1.25 dividend and because of that a rising pps which will yield 15%. No particular reason, which is just as good as all the phony number crunchers on the board. Love you all.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 11, 2013 8:35 PM1.25

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 8, 2013 1:36 PM
    Well good luck to you. Hopefully there will be no divi cut and we can skip along into the sunset at 1.25. AGNC is a very strong REIT and will be around for a long time.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 7, 2013 4:17 PM
    The premise is "guess the dividend", not explain the dividend. I think 1.40-1.45 for no particular reason.

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 7, 2013 3:03 PM
    1.25

    iguanaman_99 • Jun 7, 2013 3:02 PM
    Divy will remain 1.25. Doesn't matter when they announce it.

    Fred: I didn't ask you if you loved your dividends.
    Did you ever find out whether your Uncle Archie had red hair?

    Quite a hater, aren't you?

  • iguanaman_99@ymail.com iguanaman_99 Jun 18, 2013 8:11 PM Flag

    Why didn't the div. prediction happen? Why isn't the share price closer to $9 as you predicted?

  • RSO dividend is certainly NOT back to $1 annually. Share price much, much closert to $6 than $9.
    `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
    fredkane3947 • May 1, 2012 9:28 PM
    Why yes, I'm glad you asked. I posted that in December 2011 and I stick by it. I believe that RSO will climb to $9 in three years from December 2011. That would be by the end of 2014. While it has had a slight cut in dividend I believe it will rise back to $1 by the end of 2012.
  • Wouldn't ya just know it? Woe is me.
    If they don't hurry-up and pay a divvie here, I'm gonna see my 1977 Eldorado getting towed away!
