China, Thanks for the info. and the link. BTW, Saw a recent article that indicated some hydro-storage in Germany might be shut down because it is becoming uneconomical. All while they are chasing batteries for the same reason. Now I'll grant you that mobility and the ability to deploy such assets where there is a shortage of generation for peaks or for things like upgrade deferrals make sense. But my sense is that we have some unintended consequences associated with regulations that got out of control there.
This may also be of interest for some. Will be interesting to see how insurance companies handle such installations going forward.
