    Done Deal?

The risk lies more in what T is worth post the combination. DTV will sign the NFL package as they must but this will reflect on the T portion of the offering. Would have been better if DTV got more cash as a percentage of the deal.

    ABAT trading

Hello China, Thanks for the good thoughts. All are well. I also hope you and yours are also happy and healthy.

I have stopped in a couple times here and on the CBAK board and said hello to yourself and Fritz. Often gets buried in the chatter. I'm glad you finally caught one. Just to put the time frame into perspective my son just graduated and will be heading off to his first job. You may recall that when we were spending more time chattering here was when he was going to his first co-op at Micron. Anyway, he got a good position at Northrup Grumman and we tax payers will be footing the bill for his masters deg. in short order.

Anyway, speaking of more important things, I hope you are still getting out to catch a few of the mosquito eaters and checking on that fridge on the back porch even though it requires a certain level of sampling to make sure the fluid within is kept in the right thermal range. ;-D

Oh, and thanks to you and the others on the board for sharing information concerning why I received the ABAT trading message. First time I'd seen the message so I was confused. Figured someone here might have some ABAT specific info. if that were the case.

Will stop by again as I continue to have some interest in this sector. I was amazed to see the recent run here and with CBAK. Man that CBAK. What a dismal story I get from watching their financials. So counter to the recent stock performance. ABAT, who knows?

    Anyway, be well.

And Fritz, If you're still coming to the ABAT board, I wish you and yours all the best as well!

Thanks Chaosgold. I'm almost interested enough to contact fidelity and see what they have to say. Obviously w/ the volume things seem normal.

Anyone else have Fidelity that can start to initiate an order and see if they get a message that buying is not allowed?

I have a Fidelity account. For fun I tried to put in a low ball buy order this am and got a message that purchase of this security is not allowed. This did not happen Friday. No message as to why. Anyone else getting this message in Fidelity or any other broker?

I did not call Fidelity at the number provided to find out why.
