i am now so far down on my position any good news is welcomed!!---i dont have any huge amount of shares but boy do i know i would vote for anything or anyone that would shake this mgmt up!!

I wish i could tell you i was confidant in holding our positions, RIOOS. But I was the dope that broke my rule of never averaging down on a loss. I bought more at aprox 5.85/SH. The problem is that although i truly believe this stock is greatly undervalued and doesn't have much downside risk, I have no faith whatsoever in mgmt. So my gut feeling is that the stock sits here forever until an activist throws mgmt out which may take 5 years or til Mauntner finally throws in the towel and breaks co up which would give us at least a double from here. FINAL ANALYSIS--HOW LONG CAN WE ALL HOLD OUR BREATH?????

Getting close to trading at cash value with zero debt----i am not a pro or analyst but i don't ever remember a stock this fundamentally cheap!!---Is management really this horrendous that the market values the actual business at virtually zero?? Please clue me in-honestly!!

HAAA---My loss is as bad as yours and i think Mauntner stinks as a CEO. I am as frustrated as any shareholder . All we can hope for is a co breakup-----my concerns are the level of debt and did MFRI lose any clout now that the Saudi King has passed....I'm with you Rioos THIS CO STINKS

I agree --we need Ted back to answer these ?'s------I think the book is valid and they have a couple of bucks a share worth of cash so i doubt the stock goes to trade at cash---the debt may be a concern though-idk how much--as i have mentioned many times , they could sell off a part of co. and be safe until oil rebounds- these guys just dont seem to care---it's hard to sell the stock here unless you truly believe in bankruptcy. which i don't.

RIOOS---I have owned this stock for well over 5 years. We had a chance when things were going well last year to make a big profit if Mauntner and co had just been smart enough to cash out (probably at $20 plus. Now the window is closed-he missed his chance and he can keep collecting his large salary. WE get zilch. My only hope that the astute 3% holder would get together with the big fund holders and force a breakup is fading fast. As pathetic as mgmt. has been, nothing can save us from sub $50 oil. Simply put mgmt blew it and now we are totally stuck in a dangerous position.

RIOOS--I have to admit it looks like, as usual, i made a big mistake averaging down on this pig.I should learn cheap stocks are cheap for some reason---i just don't understand why this is 50% of B/V even if it is going to lose $---don't they have around 1.50 in cash?? I'm just hoping the big holder who is on our side (vs mgmt) isn't the guy selling!!

I am going against every rule by averaging down on a losing position esp. in a company so poorly managed. However below $6, unless this company is going bankrupt (which i truly doubt), you almost have to take a risk here. If in a jam, management could sell off a division and cut debt or even better be forced to sell the whole company.

TED--please explain what is a 4-c?---could it mean just an option grant which he might just turn around and sell next week???

Regarding your fear of stock going to a buck or 2 and mgmt. scoops it up, i seriously doubt that possibility could happen. With all the large institutions and an intelligent 3% plus holder, i doubt they could get away with it--The stock is getting interesting esp. at 50% of B/V--However it's getting lumped in with all oil service stocks (look at BAS) so who knows. If i had any faith in mgmt. which i dont, i would be buying like crazy here!

Now we are just stuck---Can't even blame this latest drop on mgmt. although it kills me that they probably could have sold the company for way over $20 10 months ago. Now we will be lucky to get back to $10 with the oil drop--look at BAS, even though much more tied directly to oil the stock has plunged to new lows and way below b/v. My humble opinion is we are going to ride this for a long time sideways to slightly lower-$6.50 or so max..Dead $ never the less
