Unless the company admits fraud, which will not happen, delisting wont happen quickly.
I was impressed with the 121 page report. It was a well thought out warning that stockholders had better read and consider. The companies non-denial denial didnt help at all.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
You're right, if any of the report is true, why have any of your money in this stock. Chinese accounting and business practices are absolutely abysmal to begin with. When you have allegations of fraud, run quickly.
Its the Enron of China, fun with accounting.
... and even Enron didnt pretend to have offices that didnt exist.
What part of the Trinity report do you think isnt factual? The pictures of the ghost offices, the financial graphs, what?
Reveal Media, Watchguard Video, B-Cam, Zepcam, Primal, Tactical Electronics, Safety Innovations, HD Protech, also make police bodycams. I'm sure there are many others.
Taser EDW wouldnt usually be used in a case where a perp is assaulting a cop and trying to get his weapon or where a EDP is coming at him with a knife. Firearms were the correct choice in both instances.
Cameras only help after the fact, and although Taser owns the EDW business, its just one of several sellers of cameras. Very little growth left domestically for EDWs. Dont see much changing for Taser over next few years.
Tasermac just pointed out that 16000 of 18000 departments already have Tasers, so where will the growth come from?
Cameras? Its an already crowded field, with a very low bar to entry, and therefore, lower margins.
Might get a little spike shortterm. Longterm, GoPro ( or Sony, Panasonic, etc ) owns market and Taser solders on with it superb weapons. It will continue to sell cameras, but will just be one of many.
When did they test on humans. ZMapp was used on the three victims, not TKMR.
