Yes I do. Just saw a rather steep drop the other day and wondered if there was news that I missed. Thanks for your comment though.
All of this is merely smoke and mirrors. ERB is literally dead money and has been for years. While all the sunny forecasts and predictions are nice, the results are what counts. ERB's results as reflected in their share price thus far speak for themselves. Here is some more news for all to chew on; An anemic stock price, late reporting, slashing R & D budgets, C suite shake-ups and a total lack of volume or appetite for this stock/company by investors speaks louder than your praises. I'm not being cynical, merely being a realist here.
Well I guess sarcasm seems to be your strong suit. Never mind the 41% drop in share price over the last year for us long term share holders, or the repeated late reporting by this company over the many previous quarters. Or how much their real estate was going to add to their bottom line and their stock price (but never did). And lets not remind shareholders that the replacement of top execs that have done nothing to alter this pattern. Let's all go with how great their team is and how great their "future" looks. In the meantime the ship continues to sink while you re-arrange the deck chairs. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln.. how did you enjoy the play? Anyone looking to invest in ERB I have plenty of shares on the market to sell. If you're so confident Snowman step up to the plate and buy them. Put your money where your mouth is.
I think a re-read of their last financial report is in order if you think ERB/s share price is a "reflection of their SOMEWHAT sloppy financial reporting." I believe their share price is down because of their misses to the top and bottom lines. Of course their gross profit margins shrinking and late reporting do nothing to help the situation. But don't believe me, just look at the financials. And you say this company gets it? By what metric do they get it? By reporting late yet again? And while the turnaround espoused by many on here over a year ago was supposed to be evident already, you now claim patience for another two years is the answer. This company can't forecast 1 quarter into the future correctly, what makes you think two years is the answer. I guess it's just a need to think positively for the future that lets you make these assumptions. However again I invite you if you're a believer to step up to the plate and buy it at these levels. So far talk is just that..talk.
Good luck everyone. If past performance doesn't bother you and this latest shocking revelation also doesn't shake your faith in this company then I congratulate you. To the more prudent investors, I also congratulate you for the massive selling. Accounting irregularities always equal a "sell" in my book. After all if you can't trust the numbers, then there is no foundation upon which a reasonable person would want to take or build a position in this company. I wish everyone a happy holiday season and profitable trading. As of today I'm totally out of this company and feel relieved I was able to escape with something even though my tenure here proved to be a losing proposition. But I'm grateful for all the intelligent discourse that happened on this board at various times.
