This is SRB ASSOCIATES IX L.P . hedge fund. old news. They got shares at IPO price , now they exiting position . Even they considered as insiders (over 10% holdings) , they have nothing to do with company business . Just making money from financial transaction. What is new here?
How can you blame them for not selling , if they got shares under $15 ?
where do you see that? I dont see any latest Sec 4 filing for such huge amount of shares. There are insiders selling for last 6 months, but it started right after lock-up expiration period. So, it's a common practice after IPO lock up period expires, insiders start selling - nothing new . One hedge fund closed the position in ALDR recently , SRB Associates, but again , nothing alarming . There are pleny of institutional holdings in this stock
