Just so you know, 22 comes first before 18 when you count down from 25.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
This is unbelievable. INTEL Mgmt., are you reading these analysts' comments? I am sure you have your ways (legal) to make these guys accountable.
Last two days (downgrades) after quick run-up is a clear conspiracy...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
One more thing. Analysts will never say Intel is great and talk positive. The reason for that is they need to be bribed at least with free lunches, pencils, notebooks for their kids etc., Unfortunately, Intel doesn't do that...
If that stupid that would be the case, then it would be very good for Intel. Because mobile devices grow over 4 times the pc market every year. Now, think about that. That's 4 devices for every one pc.
This will be best qtr. in the recent history. Analysts trying to keep it down. Well, they have been trying for a while. What did they get in return? They said target is 18 or 19....we are at 24-25. Now, they are scaring people with what-ifs. You can tell, it will be 30+ in 3-to-6 months.
It's better if you look at these actions. They are putting a botton at every major upward swing. We may go to 24.50 but the upward positive momentum is building into July 19th earnings.
Their rhetoric is moderately positive if you look at the details but still they are not convinced??? ha ha. I hope they have a short position.
So what the heck?
Intel will begin shipments of multimode data 4G LTE in the coming weeks following final interoperability testing (IOT) with Tier 1 service providers in North America, Europe and Asia.
Something good on the way?
I have stopped clicking on the MF's links. That saved a lot of money and time.
Looks like ARM camp is showing signs of cracks. AAPL, QCOM...AMD switched to ARM. If anything, that's clear confirmation that ARM days are numbered.
Ahhhh! That's music to ears for us, longs. Thanks for the info. I was worried if the short interest went down. This is good. Confirms the squeeze hasn't even started yet. With limited supply and none of tendering our shares, it will be fun to watch coming months.
Incremental upside, baby! No rush, we will exercise all the patience in the world.
Here is my theory. Jim tried for CEO position because he proved TV initiative is already proving to be so successful. But BOD declined to offer him CEO position so he decided to retire to prove his importance. But Intel felt that the bench is so strong and don't need him who thinks he single handedly delivered this.
You see, there are some people who think they are only ones in the company who deliver. Jim must be one based on my theory. They need to believe in team work, baby!
Almost a billion shares out from the float with the buybacks, there isn't much weak holdings left in the market to be tendered.
I know, I know...you are saying analysts and channel checks are very impressive, timely....and manipulative.
Are you still buying good old rear-view projection television or interested in buying LED tv? Sony, Samsung, LG didn't die because of that.
It's called transformation...Companies also transform just the way we do. Intel is doing the same. They didn't believe in tablets but Apple proved it. Now, the Giant has woken up. Enjoy the ride is what I say to you.
