If wishes were dollars we'd all be rich. If it hits 7 I'll take my winnings and spectate for awhile. I've been down this path before where I held for too long and got surprised by some unforeseen news and missed the opportunity as the stock tanked. I don't think all those shorts are complete idiots. GLTA
I think it is a mistake to dismiss news simply because we don't like what they have to say. Considering the size of the short positions. maybe we should consider we don't know as much as we think. I'm going to take my profits before I have one of those shuddacuddawudda moments. and pigs do get slaughtered:-)
The bet on this stock is exactly that optina will produce for ampio the same results that eylea produced for Regeneron, otherwise it makes sense to cash out in the 5+ category rather than hold for fantasy valuations. that's a lot of ifs
waiting till pigs fly ROTFLMAO now that's a new investment strategy. Max if this investment pans out like we both expect it to I'd like to fly out and meet you wherever you live, I live in evergreen CO, and buy you a very expensive dinner and share a box of some very expensive, unhealthy but enjoyable fine cigars washed down with some fine 20+year old scotch. LOL if you know any women, who like scotch & cigars & the company of vintage men who might, emphasis on might, have some coin, bring them to :-)). If wishes were dollars:-) I am assuming you are a guy and not a gal. and in the vintage category,no insult intended, correct any misimpressions I may have.
"If this is legal seriously? LOL Why is anyone expecting anything from an SEC that brought us the likes of Bernie Madoff. If you were trying to be funny you succeeded :-))
Long Term sentiment: Give it away if you can. It cost to much to sell
Playing the ponies has never been my strong suit, however, I do enjoy a day at the track. when things do go bad our money is likely to disappear faster than a harry potter spell
When thing go to hell in a handbasket gold may be worth a lot of dollars that may be mostly worthless. my experience has been that when the #$%$ hits the fan I've been in the back of the line for the door :-)) Hope the big news comes sooner than later.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I'm wondering when are they going to #$%$ or get off the pot w/ share price seemingly inexorably heading to the low .30's or less if other junior miners are preludes to the future. IN truth I'm looking for an exit strategy to this investment. because I am increasingly becoming concerned about external events. Like a currency crisis as the FED prints dollars, a reserve currency with continuing abandon. remember those chicken little's you think are invariably wrong, god forbid they turn out to be right again in which case we are all screwed. I remember back, I think, it was in January, when the Germans asked for their gold back which was supposed to be in the vaults of the Fed and they said to the Germans they had to wait seven years to get back what is supposed to be secure in the FED's vaults this is old news to be sure, but when the canaries in the mine fall to the ground it will be too late for us when their is no room at the exits for us to get by the doors. Financial policies anchored in BS eventually end badly but they do end!
I was wondering the same thing why hasn't this stock begun to reflect its true value, which essentially encourages the shorts. my fear is that it would take very little to tank this stock based on how little its potential is reflected in the current share price. GLTA. bought another 1000 shares @$4.80 yesterday
Why do people insist on posting stuff to the wrong boards. The only thing BONZ seems to be doing is digging a deeper share price hole than BFGC
In 2008 no one was paying attention to the chicken little's much to their chagrin & misfortune, so I am loathe to discount them. GL2U
WIth some trepidation of turning this into a political thread which is not my intention, Obama care is going to reduce medical spending? even Harry Reid and some dems are starting to back off that claim as they find that much of the magical math in the bill doesn't add up. As many California cities are finding out, eventually you run out of other peoples money to pay for the social goodies. National Bankruptcy will eventually bring reality back to politics. if it doesn't trash our stock accounts first in the process :-)GLTA
This is a seeking alpha article:"4 Scary Charts Warning Of The Next Financial Crisis" Looks like Japan will show the US and the global economy what happens when debt gets out of hand GLTA I think we will need luck to time our exits
You are right our shares are holding up nicely compared to VGLD and BFGC which are .32 and .27 respectively. PGLC at .41 is showing surprising strength. I will not sell my shares at anything less than .60 and may well hold out for higher
If CDE is actually interested in Pershing why do you think they don't pounce on shares at this price level and start accumulating?
If the board finds these references to articles annoying please advise me of such and I'll cease and desist. They are articles I Trip over periodically and I post them under the assumption some of you might also find them interesting
