Your kidding me, soft basher. He is one of the few around here who isn't on drugs when they talk about this stock, and he generally provides facts not opinion, any kind of viewpoint on this board that smacks of any kind of reality in the face of an ongoing decline in the pps that conflicts with the fantasy some come here to be reassured of, is pounced on as a short tout or basher. if what was said on this board, at all mattered to anyone this stock would be at $200 they way it is pumped on this board, but in spite of the cheerleading here. The stock continues to decline. so much for what any of us say. Steve consistently provides honest information for objective evaluation, objectivity which is in very short supply around here and the best you can do is call him a soft basher. Talk about putting the Art in BSA. GL2U because you'll need it as you hug this stock until it actually does fail to live up to expectations. The hyperbole on this board sure isn't providing any price support.
unbridled optimism is an understatement. irrational exuberance is what I would call it. JMHO. Emphasis on opinion which is what most of the posts contain yours are among the most cogent that I have had the pleasure of reading
don't quit your day job yet Agnew $8.11 and slowly so far headed lower. if the lawsuits on fiduciary responsibility turn out to have any substance it may not be a slow decline
"I ask you again, are you working for, involved with or associated with the shorts?"
"Why don't you provide a straight and direct answer."
Is that straight and direct enough?
I sold most of mine at $7.40 and I'm flattered that you think anything I have to say would affect the market price at all. Let me repeat for those come to this board only to hear what they want to hear. I am not short this stock and never have been. Their are only two people on this board who consistently post something cogent and interesting, that's th3k33p3r24 and stevemrrtt everyone else is breaking their arms patting themselves on the back for their investment prowess for appreciating what they feel is AMPE's inherent value and taking turns predicting ridiculous valuations due out tomorrow. The choir comes to sing and don't dare sing out of tune. The market hit a new high today and AMPE still drifted lower. DO the shorts know something that the believers refuse to see. GLTA
As a father of two daughter Myself I am thrilled at the good news your daughter has received. I would be devastated if I lost either one of mine, whatever the reason. I have a sizable investment in this company and long term feel it will do well if one can survive the ups and downs that come with any biotech investment. Hopefully this one finds the cure for a lot of reasons other than a ROI. GL2U and your daughter
I have yet to understand why so many seem to think that shorting a stock is some sort of crime. its simply the same bet as the longs just in a different direction. Thank you for your cogent and interesting posts and insights
I am not nor have I ever been short on this stock have been tempted a number of times. I have traded it several times quite profitably. Still have 4,000 shares left in a separate account outside the trading account. I have closed out a 5,000 share position and will buy back in around $6.90 which I expect to have another opportunity to do so. Which on this board is considered heresy
I know I sound like Chicken little when compared to some of dreamers on this board. Yours are some of the most cogent posts made around here and I look forward to them. So many others sound like they are on a drug induced high talking about possibilities.GL2U
Sorry, I missed the post, I've made the same mistake a number of times. The posts in these threads don't always show in the right order
my post didn't say anything about the future, neither did I say I don't like the stock. Made around 20,000 with it I'm just not in love with it enough to buy in to the lofty valuations fantasized around here. So when I don't join in the love fest of those expecting a jackpot. I'm considered a short tout or LOL, a folksy yak as someone else put it. I decided to leave the table a winner rather than hold so long that the odds start to work against me. Potential does not a profit make, and to reach some of the fantasy pps dreamed about here they have to produce something more than a press release about what might be or could be
Even a stopped clock is right once a day. at some point the odds do take their toll on those who don't know when to walk away a winner
