    HarmonyBS?

Well FF, you can see the quality rising to the top via Quest's/Mayo Cl. decisions. The LH decision to dump Ari and bring Veri, is telling also. Why would a chain of labs dump the only T21 NIPT test they have ever offered for one whose share is likely 1/2 to 1/3 of Ari's? Revenge? Disgust? Doesn't LH know they dropped the best T21 test avail?

Its all posturing for the post CAFC world. To think, Veri-Ari-Nati all might be banished come March 1, 2015! Then what is LH gonna do? Rely on JBO's crack legal team to protect them while they fade to black...?

We have plenty of powerful potentials out there, awaiting determinations. Meanwhile, why not figure out why every high risk pregnant couple are NOT having a Maternit21PLUS test at 11 weeks in?

Answer: They like big amnio needles?!?!?!?! Shocking but not-true!

Will wonders ever cease? Harmony has the best NIPT T21 test in the market????

WW-- put on the bat cape and roll on this one!

    --------
    Unsurpassed accuracy
Harmony has a less than 0.1% false-positive rate
This means fewer than 1 in 1000 Harmony tests yields a false-positive result
With conventional screening, as many as 1 in 20 women will receive a false-positive result
Harmony has one of the highest positive predictive values (PPV*) for trisomy 21 of any cell-free DNA-based trisomy 21 test.
    ------

Gee, maybe someone should tell LabCorp that they really made a huge mistake...or not.

short_hater-- well the goal, shrink turn around time, increase thruput. IF Edico multiple drops the turn from 5 days to 5 hours, then it is a game changer, if it does not violate a patent currently in force.

So yes, the stomping of our vend-itor led us to push evolution faster...which I would truely embrace and which some shorts seemed to have got wind of, thus this week's magic drop for no fundamental reason, except that they could. Which allowed me to scoop up some freebies, well not free, but in, soon-to-be- retrospect, pretty close.

Can't wait to see the short position under 10M, which is manageable.

I really want to go to dinner, knowhatimsayin!

Yep, he is sooo "smart" he spent almost 500M$ so he could steal seq. for less than 500M$...giving him both families of NIPT ruling IPs, which at the time and taken together, looked like the only ruling IP in the category. As we see now in PTAB both Fan/Quake--opps, Quake left, OK, only FAN is clinging to a hope that she somehow invented most of her invention ( another rude joke) prior to when LO filed all of his. ( ok, thats another joke on der jbo but you sense the gist).

TMO-EDICO-SEQ is the ideal team. Of course all the dots need to align for the sign and SEQ could still end up being one of two surviving IP FAMILIES, but there is the IF/THEN clause that covers that. Kinda like buying Veri for $350M with a THEN clause for another $100M should certain conditions be met.

Yes, someone got a little to high on his own supply.

So JBO," Say hello to my little friend..." --scarface, the remake.
    Indy

Note- EDICO is certainly a game changer if in fact works as claimed!

Note- JBO is sniffing around TROV as a "back up de la back up "

FF- IF-THEN? I think they craft a draft that depends on outcomes, but can easily describe a future based on exactly what has transpired today. SEQ has a battery of tests and a few places to run them. Worse case, those tests are run in new labs by our new parent. Best case, we keep those labs working because we own the category and much of the world. You can easily see how that can work, can you not? We currently are operating as if NOTHING good has come from the courts, and in fact nothing has. So the current model says; SEQ does not own the category but the category is respecting its first mover status and acting as if SEQ does own the category. Confirmations abound. ( mkt share- highest asp-most clinicals-mayo-quest-euro etc).
The key for our new parent is to be first and on points that are attractive. I once went to dinner with a fine young lass who said, i would not want to give you the wrong idea by wearing a dress that was too long. Smart lass. I ordered her an empty glass of water...shortest dinner I could think of.
The characteristics of our potential parent; well off or well backed, likely owns labs or sells lab tests, likely advised by smart market-radar savvy consultants, has sought at least 2 legal opinions and most of all, like a hornet, flies right at the target with no b-s and of course, doesn't drink more than one glass, orders light and leaves early. That's todays story and I'm sticking to it. Now back to the bot. ( the bot is a tell, decoding bot-ish is my secundi)

Bud-- shorts always play for a cushion, but this time I sense a bigger player behind a move that has NO relationship to fundamentals. But as a mentor once said: when a stock can't go up, it goes down.

I do look a bit ridiculous in shorts and a teeshirt shoveling snowy sidewalks to save enough to buy baked potatoes to put into my shorts to heat the ice water. LOL.

Bud--it was per usual, an odd presentation of all the science behind SEQ's greatest contributions to the world...contributions that so far lead the category, do more, faster and with higher precision than our vend-itor's "superior IP test" that has performed like a cigarette under water. Why can't we talk about market share, rising reach of where out test goes around the world, even if its semi-worldwide and about our dropping expense lines and our goal of BE by end of Q4/14? Huh?

From that presentation, I would guess we are dropping this week due to strong players wanting into the stock so their proxies short it down a bit and allow them to sneak in...truthfully, we want them to pay to play by buying the stock UP, not down. But so it goes in the shadow of the JBO statue ( which if I am NOT mistaken, has a ton MORE of bird shyte on it's head come late sept.)

btom--bet you didn't know that The MaterniT21 test has many advantages over other non-invasive prenatal tests. For instance, MaterniT21PLUS: Analyzes more chromosomal regions than any other NIPT test as of this date, it reports chromosomal abnormalities for trisomies 21, 13, 18, 16, 22, as well as fetal gender and fetal sex aneuploidies PLUS select copy number variants, it is appropriate for all high risk pregnancies including multiple gestations and IVF using donor egg and better still, Maternit21PLUS offers extremely low non-reportables,roughly 1% and I know you know this: our test has been validated in the largest-of-its-kind independently conducted clinical study of 4,664 women with high risk pregnancies and deven you , BTOM will have to show some respect for this one, Maternit21 has validated more aneuploidy cases than any other NIPT T21 Test in any marketplace on earth, in our galaxy and get this, the solar system as we know it.

The universe is expanding BTOM, for everybody but you.

No doubt about it, if Edico's results are as fast as claimed and are as specific as OTHER methods, no doubt TMO acquires them. You could put a TMO instrument in the a medical building and have results in hours not days.

Pretty amazing stuff as they looked into the process and saw a huge opening and then worked to jump thru that opening.

Now, if we can just keep u know who from plunking down, say 50M$...SEQ could have a role in Edico's future.

    IVD Filing with the FDA

FF- The real sweet prize is actually wrapped inside bitter fruit, as Bud has pointed out AND it merits an extra-add on-- Bud supposed that ILMN's IVD quest ( irony) has pushed SEQ to develop its test on a platform that does NOT come from ILMN.

This does two things; freezes adoption of JBO's IVD test even if he underwrites total liability and pushes JBO to develop fall-back plans ( ie- TROV). And Back Up, Alt. Fall Back Plan #18.50 is a take out of SEQ.

Alot of pieces moving on about 3 levels of the board. And of course, there is always downside. JBO gets IVD and prevails thru the courtrooms means "danger of the final kind" for SEQ. But in the risk eval. that has a 20% chance of prevailing. ( PTAB is leaning our way greatly at this point and CAFC is also a slight lean our just based on CAFC's understanding on NIPT IP, to date).

btomm-- maybe YOU don't see IT, but certainly SEQ's new royalty partners see IT and are about to feel IT. WW is digging a well diversifyied number of rev. channels...now out of these channels, a parent may be born. Kinda ironic that SEQ is in process of birthing a parent but that is exactly what is going on.

In terms of investor presentations, I think they fly past retail, even insti. buyers are not plused and WW must know this, so I have to assume he is speaking to and for our new parent to be. Lets hope "dad" is very rich.

Meanwhile, we are going into orals at PTAB, where I believe Fan goes down for a 10 count. Sure, her lawyers are putting up a vigerous defense, but they are trying to plug holes in a block of swiss cheese to perhaps run out the clock. PTAB might be over before Thanksgiving. How fitting that would be. Sure JBO can and will appeal but that is even more costly. IMO, JBO is potentially liable for 300-600M$ should he lose it all.

Think about that...the captain is guiding the ship directly toward the cliff????
