There has been news Murray Energy and Cline have fingers in this. Does anyone know anything about this which might also be very positive.
Jrad, thanks for your insight. Awhile back, NRP mentioned Foresight/Murray alignment on Deer Run was to their advantage. Do you recall the specifics, the implications?
You should take all your money, take out a mortgage and short the stock. Just kidding. FELP has been up last few days; distribution announcement, if any will be soon. NRP apparently has some link with Massey on the Deer Creek mine and maybe some claw back rights vs. Chrissy Cline. I have no idea...just thoughts/speculation.
I assume this would make some gathering systems inoperable...not much happening in parts of the US, including BAkken and that can hurt. I still think the merger takes place and...with 100k miles, isn't ETE going to still capture big time flow? Maybe you can translate this into cash flow and distributions?
This doesn't begin to factor in the massive quantities of water needed. Is this in ample supply in Texas, Oklahoma (ever hear of diminishing water tables). You really think natural gas is going to stay low?If it ain't happening now, it ain't relevant...woohoo hang onto those cowboy boots. Ignorance is bliss.
within the last two months. Not sure if they have maturity issues(have covenant issues though) until the notes mature in Oct. 2018, do they? Why would the bank foreclose knowing: 1) Ciner assets are marketable and could be sold for $700 million per JRAD; 2)distributable cash flow is several times interest payments.
Question: to what extent does price matter considering U.S. consumption of nat gas and oil are up. These fuels have to move regardless, don't they?
I suppose you are referring to someone's offer to buy some of FVE's assets, which was refused. Private owners don't have to sell but what it does say are assets here are undervalued. What else is new, every one of the RMR companies have undervalued assets. Value/income is a good reason to stay long.
Crooks like Corvex/Meister keep it for themselves. Does anyone wonder what happened to all the money from those asset sales? What happened to the common dividend after the takeover of CWH? I'm long SNH, HPT, SIR, GOV because these are reits with good, stable dividends.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
99.9% of my RMR investments are on the income side, i.e. SNH, HPT, SIR, GOV, TANO. You have explained the difference between you and I. When prices are down, I examine intrinsic value for long term income primarily. I'm not someone who trades purely on momentum..oh, its down I'd better sell. It pays to examine the financials, the details. Its fundamentals really.
FFO continues to grow. Turbo and gtw should look at the financials but they can't do that out of prejudice and hate. This cash cow pays me big time next month .
Sentiment: Strong Buy
