Yes but they do not decide on the drug..In 60 days they can send it back or say they will expedite the review but a decision comes after their " expedited review "
which by definition...what am I talking about..this is the FDA and it could take longer...so I never give the FDA the benefit of anything..and it is sad in this case as pancreatric is devastating.

They are not going to use the ATM anymore. They will do a subscription or a private convert.
Wouldn't you buy stock if they offered 5 year warrants???

Mulroy is the pied piper of baloney. Big Pharma is not convinced network biology is useful. Bob changes his tune every quarter. We are coming up on ASCO and the stock trades like dog meat.

And contrary to someone's comment the FDA does not have a time table for expedited approval.
By June 28th I think we will still be waiting.

If 121 does not have a partner by June Bib is going to sell 20 million shares.

Douglass is their largest shareholder and obviously does not have a CDA. My guess is they are talking to him about the capital situation and I have to feel his is the source of the funds probably with a few friends. He could fund them well into 2016 in any number of ways. My guess is they are growing too fast and the demand may be overwhelming them. Sikora was my first indication and he saddles up next week. If they get the funding then the growth in centers and surgeons will far exceed even what I believe. Centers cost nothing. It is the training that costs. This is all about capital primarily. Their investment bankers suck and Douglass may have finally stepped up and offered his help. He knows what a gold mine this is. I just hope he does not try to buy it now that he is an activist.

We are over the 200 day moving average and if I was short this stock I would not feel really comfortable.

There is no stock to borrow so the shorts are all day shorts. And you giver too much credit to shorts on a stock that trades at $1.00....A lot of them shill for buyers...

    Kevin Douglas Position Unchanged

The company could offer him and other warrant holders a deal. Exercise and get new warrants with a longer life. I wish they would offer existing shareholders a deal. We are a long suffering lot,

Bingo..sure nice to see someone understands the filing process. And becoming an activist management has to pay attention even though they are pretty close to him and make sure he is in the loop. He has a load of warrants he can exercise to give them some funding runway. With no shares to borrow we just need an announcement or two to make life interesting.

VBLOC idea is good but EFFICACY is NOT THERE

    by taxdemicco May 24, 2015 5:21 PM

So you want 60% of our population to change their life style and they have no will power??? Some of us normal people think you may be off a but with your kale shakes and extreme exercise program.
Hey does the name Jim Fixx ring a bell? Please understand obese people are into short cuts. They tried pills that failed. Jenny Craig and Weightwatchers that did not work. They eat too much. They have to stop.
120 million Americans have to change their lifestyle??? VBLOC fakes out their brains. Your will power argument is specious.

Hey Murph..We applaud you for your excellent diet and extreme workouts, but who cares?
I am 67 with a nine handicap and I still fit in a suit I bought in 1985. Who cares about that noise either. All that matters is the number of fat people in the world...that is where we will sell. I was in Virginia Beach over the weekend and I should have had a harpoon. Obesity is a disease and it will find remedies. Right now I like ours the best.

Go have your kale shake and run your 10 miles.

VBLOC more of a lifestyle change than bariatric??Bariatric surgery have leveled off since 2010...When you get the procedure you HAVE to go on supplements. WIith VBLOC you do not alter your diet. And fat people were concerned about their health they would not have allowed themselves to become obese in the first place?? Where do you dream up this garbage. At ETRM they and we could give a schitte why people became obese. They are obese and that is why VBLOC was invented. There are 24 million people in the U.S. with a BMI over 35. There were only 200,000 bariatric surgeries performed in 2013.

I have seen some ignorant comments on this message board but I think you win the Oscar.." If they were that concerned about their health they would not have allowed themselves to become obese
    in the first place."

President Taft weighed 320 pounds. Must have been genetic.

Most....You are very wrong...Most fat people want to be thin but they do not want to give up what they like and they do not want to be in pain. There are studies on the subject. Read up

It is just a matter of time..and money...The advance of the centers and surgeons will continue until a critical mass is reached and then I suspect the company will have to temper growth a bit as I think capital will be a constraint.
I suspect they have 50 centers and 100 surgeons but June 30th and Sikora will be on the road training. The more we get these CBS type spots the demand will increase. Just a matter of time.

If you read today's Wall Street Journal there is a story on the front of Section B about Southern Company's huge coal plant in Mississippi. Cutting to the chase it says, " The Kemper project is expensive because its costs include s new coal mine, a chemical plant to gasify coal..." This has always been a problem for me with SYMX as there are other technologies here that work and they never got a foot in the door. Coal gasification goes back a long way, but why have we never seen an attempt to have SYMX work in the U.S. Don't tell me because it is too expensive or uses water. But here SYMX is rolling around China for how many years with very little to show. The reason I sold my stock after three years??? Start with not believing fairy tales anymore.
Then finish with I do not trust the Chinese.

And if you read further articles about China you see where a solar company got its stock destroyed in one second as the great Chinese speculators and gamblers were at it again. If you haven't noticed the data, margin debt in China as reported just breached 2 Trillion yuan...that is FIVE times a year ago.

Hey dipschitte,,use them as a suppository. You along with 90% of the bulls on this site have no clue what this company does or what it can't do...It can't get a deal done because their technology is TOO EXPENSIVE! Turn coal into gas???? You have a better chance of turning coal into diamonds...
