Read today's Business Insider...Shows YHOO a steal and soon in play. They own 421 Million shares of BABA after selling some and now they have 10.5 Billion in cash. The cash and BABA alone are worth $40 Billion.

Yahoo is a browser and Ma need a U.S. presence before he gets arrested in China and they take his
company away! Homeland Security. They are clueless. He can buy this company for nothing.

  • They have $10.5 Billion is cash after the Alibaba sale. Looking for $5 a share.

There is a small short interest but look at the Jan 2015 options. There are 100,000 open interest in the Jan $50 calls. Yahoo is worth a ton and BABA should bid $60 a share and buy the company for the BABA shares Yahoo owns.... I smell a rat here.

    YHOO's value of BABA

Look at the Jan $50 Calls...100,000 outstanding plus all the others Jan calls. I think BABA makes a $60 bid for Yahoo soon as there will be no justice problem, BABA will have a U.S. base and they will own Yahoo Japan as well. The market cap of YHOO tonight was $40 billion with the BABA investment carried at cost. Add BABA and you have a market cap of $77 Billion. I was thinking I was the only person who bought Yahoo today.

Get ready for a Cal Ichan rodeo. Yahoo is worth a lot more.

I wish everyone would read that 287 page summation. The public comments
from actual VBLOC patients and some unaffiliated gastroenterologists and
bariatric surgeons. I think the surgeons are finally coming to the conclusion
that their surgery is like drawing and quartering. Mel Gibson anyone??

Our device worked for a lot of patients. Not everyone of them but a good
majority. The guy who went from 280 to 208. Not a Mensa guy but literate
    and a great advocate.

Akash I can understand your frustration. This market does that
to you. I got news on another stock yesterday and it went down.
Small stocks are all pathetic now and while I can read the
Kings English it does not assuage the hints that this will not work or it will not make the grade which enters our minds
all the time. Why don't you start selling calls NOW. You can sell the November $1.00 calls at .35.

By the way, the surgery lasts one hour and you go home. There is no under the knife event. I imagine we will take 50% of the bariatric surgeries when we start. And I can't tell you how to manage your money but if you did your due diligence as I
suspect you did it is hard for me to see why you want to bail here. Imagine if you owned OREX when it got approved. That is a result of docs saying the same thing they did when ARNA and VVUS go approved. This is a new device and an even better science. It is new and these things just don't explode
because of what any of us say.

I am frustrated also. The IR/PR and management's silence
is tough to take, but the FDA is looking at us and in no way do I see the ETRM folks doing anything to cause them harm with the FDA. That is why these guys are not buying stock. The
optics of that would be awful. The have two experienced FDA
folks on the payroll and great legal advice. The places they did
the trials we all top grade places. Stamford. Harvard. Tufts.
They do not do that on a lark.

I am with you as an owner and feel worn out. But the market
is tough and getting beaten up every day is no fun.

Go have a good weekend and drop a message if you want
    some help.

This is an illiquid stock that is too small and under every radar. It is viewed as a one trick pony and until approval or a deal with a drug
company it is useless to argue. There are no more investors. If you
removed corporate buy backs, HFTs and ETFs there is no market.
In the case of Alibaba? YHOO owns 22% of the stock and at $90 a share
that creates a market cap for Yahoo of $55 Billion. At the current price Yahoo has a market cap of $38 Billion. That is why there are no investors.
It is all MOMO jerks. You buy Yahoo here and you get Yahoo and Yahoo
Japan for Nothing plus BABA. And I was told Yahoo sold stock in the offering and could pay a special dividend to Yahoo shareholders of $3-5.

Imagine you are a Yahoo shareholder. The stock is DOWN today. I think it is worth $55 right now but no one cares. Does that tell you a story????

It is a fascinating document. One of the public speakers was in the Tufts clinic in Boston
went from 280 to 208 on VBLOC. A nurse who was also in the trial went from 245 to 180.
The public speakers were great except one who did not like the demographics. We lost the efficacy because they voted the results but the 4 who voted for it and even two of the others commented favorably. AT 18 months there was unanimity. One thing that caught me was the
trail set up by the FDA and ETRM which will sway the FDA in my opinion. Drugs made by
ARNA and OREX et al only had to beat the placebo by 5%. That was brought up and when asked Dr. Lerner basically said this was a first of its kind trial and they had no gauge.

Through 287 only one guy had a beef and that was Dr. Kral I think and he was one who said he did not have enough data and the trial was too short. But it is a fascinating document
and I can see no way the FDA does not approve. Even the bariatric surgeons on the committee and those who spoke were favorable to ETRM as something that fills a huge need.
Our basic presenter was Dr. Sikora from Harvard. All the ETRM people were excellent
and all the committee complimented them on completing a very complicated trial.

I have high six figures and you can't margin the stock. While the IR/PR in our company
want to make me puke, I have no doubt it will be approved, licensed and will replace
bariatric for the most part. I feel sorry for the pill guys as approved drugs usually get
a huge boost. But no one will write scrips and you have to diet and excrcise to get to
a 6% weight loss. We win, but it sure feels like a Phyric victory now!!!

It makes no difference. You love it others think it is going to fail. The shorts keep pounding it and you should
just go away until the FDA rules. I have seen this before and the sellers do not care about the company.
They see weak hands and a retail stock and they have leverage and you and I do not have the resources
    to fight them....yet.

Hate to say this though but you may have some early tax loss selling. Early but they can get back in,
