We have to file for an NDA first. Multiple indications???? I only know one.
This is the second time you refuse to reply with something intelligent. Do you fair lady understand disclosure laws and how a company can be in real trouble for what they publish. You call into account everything ANY has said and then you call people clueless who do not agree with you. I do not know what makes you tick but you need serious medical help.
So they go bankrupt??? Nothing they have done in the last year will keep them alive?? That is a pretty ballsy statement...how many $3.00 Puts do you own??? MSFT not interested?
OK......Narrow minded is how I would categorize them. No one likes to hear they are dying of cancer, but they usually listen to the doctor. On this site you seem to be screaming at the rain. Change your identity in IHUB and don't be so confrontational. I don't agree with you a lot but it does not mean I do not listen.
The Phase II trial of 840 people lasted 6 weeks. Because nicotine passes the blood brain barrier intact and gives an almost instant physiological effect, a simple blood draw could show the presence of nicotine and in what quantities. Imagine if you smoke 10 cigarettes and there was no nicotine at all? The Phase III should last 12 weeks and is pivotal. This one will be as easy. The control group will get crushed and we could have approval in Q1 2016. The FDA is an ally in this and since we are dealing with what they may consider a controlled substance, the may work faster. Big tobacco better makes deals with us or their franchises will be severely harmed.
There has been news but nothing I expect to move the market. The FDA is doing a lot of free advertising for us and no one knows we make the smokes and have the huge patent estate. MO and the others have to be #$%$ in their knickers as we conclude the Phase III and file. We are not a drug company and if we get approved to sell here in the U.S. the stock will explode. I like tobacco. I smoke cigars. I do not inhale. But a whole lot of folks like to smoke after meals and socially. But most do not want to smoke constantly. A lot want to quit. How about no Federal tax on the low nicotine smokes. Lot of moving parts here and Henry has a pretty good idea where he wants to go. I am amazed we have not gotten the other $7.5 million from BAT. One of the big guys is going to do a deal with us and the others will have no choice. But be paitent....
I wrote the author of the USA Today piece...She never mentioned XXII but she did mention Altria who poo-pooed the idea...Guess we do not buy advertising on USA Today...yet
Associated with lower LNG prices but that does not change our revenue stream. LNG transport is going to explode over the next 10 years and our management is very competent.
europe does not do that..was just in italy and bought jack daniels..europe drinks wine...japs like alcohol i guess
Ever do business in Japan? They protect their national brands. Reynolds can't sell directly to Japanese consumers. Import license fees are criminal.
I don't want to spoil your party but it seems you two keep posting to each other..Why don't you go over to Ihub and really get into the debate. Since it costs 38% to borrow ANY stock it seems the place to discuss and bash is not here. Just a thought.
You are wrong but you think good. FCC and FDA would never let big tobacco buy XXII. We are here to put them out of business. The best we will see from big tobacco may be a license deal. Marlboro no nicotine smokes??
But if you read the NEJM piece you would have to think big pharma as a buyer..within 18 months. Someone to take on Chantix which is an awful drug. I also think after our NDA the FDA will fast track the product. Lot of moving pieces now, but big tobacco is the enemy....
IBM..Dead company..borrowed tons to keep EPS up...what are looking at...They take the same ideas and just put a new name on them....
Hey Warren...Nice buy
MACK is a victim of the drug pricing mess more than anything..Look at GILD and CELG...It is going to be a political issue for the Democrats next year and we have to ask ourselves how much will MACK charge for 398.
And 398 is not a cure but a life extender. The medical reimbursement folks may get their backs up. All the other compounds will also come under a cloud.
The best thing about VBLOC is that it is not a dramatic huge early weight loss which is devastating to a lot of health issues. Just a matter of time
Great find Pharma...this is the holy grail of our company. It does not take a blind person to see what is happening to biotechs. Then again all you have to see is an ad for a drug on TV and 75% of the ad is side effect warnings. Now the government is putting a pile of dough behind electroceuticals we may get the interest we all know is coming. Quoting Tweeden does not hurt also. You have to know drugs are going to be a prime political target this year and our technology will ge a lot of play from drug companies that know change is afoot.
