CAG repeats in the range that this woman showed are typical of intermediate HD not as progressive as she had. The authors theorize that excessive iron load caused her aggressive symptoms. Something that PBT2 regulates.

Iron Disgegulation in HD
M. Muller and B. Leavitt
In 2010, there was a case study of a woman with HD that had a rare, unexpected early onset presented as gradual evolution of involuntary movements/chorea, confusion/cognitive deficits, and changes in behavior (Walker 2010). She was genetically tested and diagnosed with HD at age 50 but had a low CAG length of 36.
Coincidentally, she was found to have elevated liver function tests and while participating in HD trials was shown to have markedly elevated serum transaminases, which lead to the finding that she also carried the homozygous mutation (C282Y) for hereditary hemochromatosis at age 55. This is a disease that results in iron accumulation of body iron stores, and suggests clinically that elevated iron levels may play an important role in accelerating neurodegeneration in HD. One other case of unclear significance was reported in 2004 when a patient homozygous for the mutation (C282Y) for familial hemochromatosis presented with segmental dystonia, chorea, imbalance, and carried a diagnosis of HH-related movement disorder since age 56. From then on, she managed her HH successfully. By age 59, she was referred to a neurologist because of progressive balance problems, and years later with worsened symptoms (head tremor, dystonic posture/limb chorea, dystonic speech, and depression) at age 63 it was found that she also had the HD mutation. The repeat length was not stated, just that it was beyond 38 repeats, and her family history was difficult to obtain with no known previous HD relatives (Russo et al. 2004).

Thank you so much. They must have some way of making money that includes shorting or puts or tax write offs. Or perhaps they are paid by someone who does want to see the company fail like some big pharma or is suppressing the price so Kempler will want to sell out cheap.
For me, there is one thing you left out in your list. Sure the money would be nice but I sincerely want to see cures get to the market for HD, PD, AD, gliomas and ALS where I think the science strongly supports the potential for their treatment. I have family members with these diseases and witnessed the disease effects on others. They are horribly tragic. That's why I post about the science.
Haha congrats!!! I like it--you are now in the "pumper" class and be proud of it!
Yes why? I think it might be exactly what RKF said...biotechs want it to fail.
You own stock in a tiny company that has gone against the wisdom of everyone else that has failed. This company has no big brother, no one who has a monetary reason to support it. They want it to fail. Spectators that don't own share or are competitors don't want to see it succeed. (RKF, March 2014)
Sentiment: Strong Buy
This is the original post that the lying bashers keep bringing up. This is still true today. We don't know who they are posting here for what reason? Under several aliases spewing lies. Why? RKF said it well---

The grants wickets, pran bust, Lou zero, anon soviet have bashed this for as long as they have been members. The results will come in. Whether it is on time or not. They will come in. And I expect them to be excellent. This is a tiny biotech. It ain't easy. Whether we are at 11.50 or 9.50 when results arrive the results will arrive. Relax this is worth 6 or 30 plus. If you can't handle the waiting you need to mitigate your risk. This risk has been inherent in this company from 1.50 to 13 and now 10.50.
