Actually it's one of the few things that actually makes sense. HP has done nothing in the last number of years, in fact the company seen John a death spiral. It makes very good sense to buy out DDD, as they will be a powerhouse in the future. I still think they should get rid of the CEO though, he seems to be disoriented and not sure he has a vision for the future.
Just watch the documentary on 3-D printing, formal lab looks like a contender on the cutting-edge. I believe this would be an asset to Proto labs. Maker bot, got bought out by ssys.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Let's look at institutional by she'll we, let's take two companies.
Onvo insider buying is lackluster, but those who execs who hold stock are selling, and right around the time of the news of dilution. This to me does not look good.
Now of course the self could've been set up already, as everybody needs money to survive. But the timing stinks!
Now let's look at Pacb, this company has bigger losses. But they seem to have a product. Now let's look at insider buyers, they are huge! Seems like somebody really wants the stock.
I'm not trying to bash Onvo, that's why I held a third of my position. But one has to look objectively about any stock they own. In the past I have been to a emotional about stocks and lost a fortune.
So that leaves out ONVO as they are not profitable, and have no product so far. So far getting rid of two thirds of my position was a good idea, as insider selling is not good. Especially right around the time you announce New dilution.
Investors are running scared, after the big IPO Ali Baba. There doesn't seem to be anything to hold up the stocks, seasonal outcome could be negative late September. My guess, is things will remain under pressure for another week or so. Then we're off to the races?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Can't raise rates period. If they raise rates the economy will collapse! The credit is overextended, which means they can barely pay their debts now. This will run more like Japan.
Both of you are wrong, I own no Boeing stock so there. This is about employees futures.
Number two, if you know anything about "Mark to market" you can come up with any kind of numbers you want, otherwise all the banks would collapse overnight if they showed their true losses.
The derivatives of this economic system are so huge, can you say quid-trillion? Nothing in these economic numbers is truth! Everything the government tells you is a lie, so why wouldn't surprise you about Boeing.
The only reason I'm getting bashed at all is because people are worried about their money.
This is an excerpt from March of this year. From an article.
Boeing recorded net periodic pension costs of $3 billion last year, up from $2.4 billion the year before, according to the company’s annual report. Its pension is underfunded by $10.5 billion, when measured under generally accepted accounting principles.
From a headline early in the year. Since I can't leave you the link. Google it.
"How Boeing Is Solving Its Biggest and Most Often Overlooked Challenge"
This has to do with pensions and the fact that Boeings are underfunded. First they got rid of the pensions, now it looks like they're buying employees out. First starting with retirees what's next, all employees pensions? After losing $30 billion on the 787, looks like the company can't fund it's pensions.
But they can afford to pay stockholders on buybacks?
I'd be interested if anybody knows more?
At present time if you marry after retirement, your wife gets nothing! Better off buying an life insurance policy.
I don't doubt your sincerity. But I used to think the same thing about Xybernaught! Everyone said the same thing, it was a company you just have to wait for, everything was lining up. Then we found out the executives were stealing from the company. And I lost everything! The dilution continued.
Don't get me wrong I don't know as much about this company is you do, but I'm definitely not going to bet the bank on this. Diversify.
Once I heard about future dilution, warning flags came up. I sold 100 shares and moved over to PACB. If nothing else huge insider buying is going on. I still hold 55 shares of of ONVO. I've been burned too many times with the Dilution.
Sogrover411, let's hope it leads to more.
Autonomous Personal Robot Offers New Spin on Home and Office Security Monitoring
Team at Roambotics wins Cool Idea! Award for observant robot designed for the masses.
When one looks at the float on this, the stock is 25 million shares. It's making good money, the other two stocks that have split, SSYS, DDD, don't look quite as attractive as this company. I noticed Proto labs is now looking into robotics, besides their core business CNC and injection molding..
Sentiment: Strong Buy
