I start to think that there was a reason for that letter... :(
So, Turgeon and Riga, two of Raj's gang members, should not say SPI-2012 can be a player? Tartia, it's like innkeeper saying his wine it's not good..
The FDA has an initial review period of 60 days to determine whether the application is sufficiently complete to allow a substantive review
If no substantive review issues are found, FDA will notify the applicant to that effect (this is a preliminary review of the application and is not indicative of the deficiencies that may be identified later in the review cycle)
FDA will then file or accept for review the NDA, and inform the applicant in writing by issuing a PDUFA letter within 14 days of the determination (also known as Day 74 Letter)
Law360, New York (January 28, 2016, 5:31 PM ET) -- A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday preliminarily approved a $7 million settlement between Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. and a class of shareholders accusing the company of not properly disclosing that a generic of its cancer drug Fusilev was about to dramatically decrease demand for the brand-name drug.
Waiting for Raj pumpers group to hear what they have to say about that...
Tartia...we are still discussing about this and that..but...can you see what the PPS is? We are talking of a PPS UNDER 5$ !!! What are we talking about?? We all real shareholders should stay all days h24 blaming against Raj and the gang, while i continue to see people here justify this greedy coo and his huge mistakes!
This is very clear. Only pumpers sherry-like still have fait of raj the shorts friend and his gang
Thanks Dr chan, your sharholders are losing all their bets on you :(
...big rush to get more money from company and his retail shareholders
Yes, it is as you say. I simply think that the NSCLC trial failed after first phase of the trial. Phelps biliary is still ongoing in data analysis. For sure it' absurd that NO analyst asked about spi-1620 in the last conferences. Really strange. But we know that Raj is controlling everything and analyst attending to sppi conferences are well trained to ask what they CAN ask...one thing for sure: Raj treats its shareholders like animals, as usual
