Do you normally make investment decisions based on chart lines that resemble dishes in your cupboard? Do you ever factor in growth rates/ possible dilution/ corporate malfeasance in your investment decisions? Or is it all about dishes?
Do you think selling 6,200 ounces of gold/qtr is sufficient for a $1.8 billion market cap (55 million shares X $30)?
Do you think a forward flat growth rate (at best) of 50,000 AuEq ounces year over year will allow SORO to leap from $200 mill market cap to $1.8 bill market cap?
Would you pay $200 million for a tiny miner that earns no profit with 150,000 ounces AuEq reserves proven? Yet it is on the way to $1.8 billion?
DimAdeus writes?Lashing out at Barsolid, can only hurt you even further on this board."
This board fully understands the identities of two of Bill Reid's biggest useful idiots?.DimAdeus and BarStupid. Why you two broke fools couldn't see the glaring negative SORO signals that most everyone saw, discussed, wrote about, warned, etc??one can only conclude that you both are either inflicted with some form of #$%$ation or you were on Bill Reid's payroll as paid pumpers.
Which is it DimAdeus, are you a #$%$ or just a paid shill?
Do you think SORO buyers know how little gold SORO actually produces?
Do you think SORO buyers understand that a weak world economy depresses base metal demand….SORO's bread and butter?
Do you think SORO buyers have noticed SORO's negative production trends?
Do you think SORO buyers know SORO's past history, a history of deception that shielded the disfunction of this company?
Lousy quarter in terms of ounces generated, and just like his papa, young Jason has excuses at the ready to deflect from the reality. For this quarter, Jason has his fall guy in place?.."low grade open pit left overs" run through the mill. Being a glass half empty ZORO follower, I have to ask how bad a quarter would Q1 have been if ZORO wasn't so desperate to create ounces from dirt set aside 6 years ago. And their excuse for milling the dirt is to "clear the decks for possible open pit expansion? This management teams loves planting seeds but as history has shown, they never water these seeds. Going forward, Reid now has a built an excuse for #$%$ grade?.."low grade open pit stock pile"?.how convenient. Remember, management stopped reporting stockpile size years ago ?which was convenient for them ?don't you think. For us "do the math" folks who take nothing a Reid says at face value?.no way we can monetize stockpile vs underground ore and investors are forced to accept the Reid's word. How's that worked out?
ZORO has caught a break with rising PM prices and 10% higher prices is huge. Even still, dilution is coming quickly IMO. I foresee a 10 million share dilution this year in order to fill the treasury and ensure sustainability going forward. Their low budget drilling plan is insufficient, especially if they are sincere in fast tracking Nevada. A ten million shares addition is not that bad.
"Preliminary first quarter production at the Company’s Arista mine totaled approximately 6,463 ounces of gold, 434,100 ounces of silver, 244 tonnes of copper, 838 tonnes of lead and 3,261 tonnes of zinc. The Company maintains its 2016 Outlook of 26,000 gold ounces and 1,900,000 silver ounces. "
TRANSLATION: ZORO produced approximately 11,800 ounces AuEq in Q1……..projecting to 47,000 ounces AuEq for 2016……….well behind 2015 production and 2016 projections.
ZORO continues its negative growth trend and IMO, long term viability needs to be examined. The numbers never match the "story" and the recent 200% share price increase based on a 15% rise in AU prices seems over done, especially when continuous production decreases get factored in. I wouldn't bet on ZORO…..but then I base my investment decisions on math, not hype. GLTA
