yesterday was a great example of a rescue....
and those who were pumping that the last minute spike yesterday was some portent of major action...wrong as usual
I don't know the "who"
but the two biggest errors here and on IHUB are "news tomorrow/next week" and "price will climb", all such posters should be ignored
he will find a way to delete your posts over here also
same persons pounding/bashing ITNS on IHUB, posting "it's a scam" constantly
My opinion is that you can collect 2 more dividends before this will be relevant before next earnings report. Then see what the story is.
they do have their days when they all seem to go down as a "family", no particular reason. They will all be red except for just a few chosen few...it's a new quarter maybe sector rotations with the Insty's....also the end of March finished out all the quarter dividend declarations for the most part so not much fuel in the pot for now...
REITs have cycles, mostly around the X-dates...then around earnings dates...and at any moment an SPO date.
Unfortunately our money system is rounded off to pennies. So going from 8 to 7 is big%.
We'll see in April after the Insty's report their holdings, also end of month we will see if buying comes back on lower prices.
Most damaging thing today is s/a article whining that management just trying to build up their fees with SPOs. It may or not be true but granted those SPOs will start to kick in eventually.
Depends on your broker. Either on or 1 day after the pay date, and the price you get will coincide with that timing. You should be able to find the pay date.
The move was prompted by the creation of a new ITNS "division" involving pharmaceuticals being spearheaded by Dr Hensley, the creator of VICAM products. So he is trying to bring an anti-nausea nasal spray OTC to the market. You can read over the PRs since October, but the first main step was to find a manufacture to produce the drug they will be using in the trials, and evidently they needed more space for that. So now they have the manufacturer and the space, and to me the 3-yr lease was very positive.
Pretty much that is the story. The rest of ITNS is based in San Diego, I think. They are also trying to get the stock off of pinksheets onto OTCBB.
Past rollouts like Paragon and Corey Washington (Approcket) seem to have gone nowhere, so unless Hensley (aka VICAM guru) can put something together, then I don't know what else.
