    You are correct. Too many years removed from financial accounting. My memory failed me after 30+ years. Can you believe it. Nonetheless a big to do about nothing. It will just be a dip on the chart 12 months from now

    Typically EPS is calculated based upon the number of shares outstanding.
    However, there is also another calculation called fully diluted EPS, where the assumption is that all potention dilutions occurs - options, registrations etc. The number is disclosed as "fully diluted EPS"

  • Issue shares or issue debt. What is the best option for this company? Mgmt thinks issuing shares. I vote with mgmt.

    would be nice to calm down the nervous shareholders. Personally, I am not too concerned as i have confidence management is doing the right tihing. Otherwise i would not be holding my position since 2007.
