180,000 automobiles go up in flames every year. The fact that Telsa has only had one is truly remarkable.
I am loving this. I knew that Chinese stocks were the place to be during DC's chicanery. This could go on for sometime. DANG and VIX calls are where I am parking during all the nonsense.
......the best place to be during the upcoming month of Capitol Hill buffoonery. The announcement of the new 11-sq. mile international free trade zone in Shanghai this weekend is historic, and the Chinese are determined to show the world what America is struggling to do right now. Chinese stocks have a long way to go before they are overbought. DANG will ride on the coattails of this sentiment.
You are wrong. Alibaba is not duplicating DANG. The two companies have different sales strategies. AMZN is closer to doing that in China but even they have not broken through yet.
Very strong industrial production and services numbers out of China today suggest a robust Chinese economy and increasing domestic consumption, which bodes well for DANG's growth.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
DANG hung tough in a severe market on Friday. This bodes well for the short to medium term. Technically speaking, I see us completing the cup pattern up to $11.95 over the next two weeks before leveling of there for sometime. Then it should resume its rise to $13-$14 range before the Nov. 12 earnings release. This stock is more or less immune to all of the political chicanery in the US as it will continue moving with the strong economic reports out of China. The Oct 10 calls look good here.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We'll see. He may be right about it breaking back over 10 on Friday. There is not that big of an open interest on the Sept 10 calls for the options expiration to be the sole determining factor. 280,000 shares vs. Thursday volume of over 3 million and 8 million shares short.
The taper is off. This stock is headed up to $8. Gold is on its way to $1500. Time to get in if you have not already. I have been buying the Dec. 7.5 calls this week.
My advice: wait it out. On Sept. 19th, consider buying the SAND March 7.5 calls.....those options will probably be selling for $0.50 apiece by then.
