Mr. OneNut Too Big is right on this one. 24,000,000 shorts with 4 times the true available float short..........Where do these shares come from? There will be a positive story coming out on this company than look out..............I believe the funds did their homework and are sitting back waiting to reap the big reward!

If you have been here for awhile why does Yahoo say you are a member since June 2, 2014.???????????????? You are probably getting scared. Shorts are out of hand. 4 times the available float is short. If you guys would stop selling shares you dont own this thing would be much higher. Any good news from UNILIFE and the PPS soars like an eagle.

  • Wow his sudden interest in countering Dr Keith Markey of Griffin Securities renewed price target of $13.50.
What a coincidence ......who was he before. I think old Marty is very worried.....Anybody who is in doubt should request a tour of the plant. Profit will be reached with just the existing contracts but what you guys don't realize especially a suddenly much more negative Karl that these things take time. They came one after another late last year and I have no reason to believe it won't happen again. 24,000,0000 shorts which Marty is most likely a member of know there is no way out if more contacts are closed and profitability is reached. They can't keep selling shares they don't have and Marty knows it. Sorry Marty you will be covering at $13.50.
Congratulations Marty on your new membership!!!

Thank Robert Batson for your loss

Hey Q Dog ....Whatever you thought of Robert Batson let the dead rest in peace! He passed away in January.
I lost mucho money on Wizard and don't know what will happen when or if it reopens. We are all responsible for our own judgements you made a mistake ....move on and stop being obsessed.

  • I drove 10 hours yesterday to have dinner with my young sister who Doctors give her only a few months to live.
While see was in the ladies room I opened the Yahoo page and read your comment about the back and forth with me and Fukito. My first impression was to send you a nasty message back but after my dinner I realize what is important in life. I should be the bigger man and not act like a jerk when people get under my skin.

I think I get sensitive because when it comes to Unilife I am not a prudent investor. About 40 percent of my worth is in this company! Guess I am looking for a home run. I also get mad because I truly believe it is manipulated. The report and cc in my estimation was very good. If the 2.7 million would have been included in this quarter we would have been fine. I agree that another deal announcement will be a big Catalyst but one of the most important things Alan said was even with just the contracts he has now they will turn a profit.

Anyway I think that more good things are on the horizon and in the end we will win the battle against short sellers. All the analysts like what they heard and I have to believe they know a lot more than me.
Thanks for making me see the light.

You also predicted $2.00 or lower today genius.

  • Looks like you are starting to cover today. Good work little #$%$ito! I would hate to see you pay 8 or 10 dollars like your short brothers will be doing in the not so distant future.

Would it be ok with you if in the future I called you Little #$%$ for short?

    Tip for Just one Short

    by j.sellitti May 8, 2014 10:29 AM
    j.sellitti j.sellitti May 8, 2014 11:17 AM Flag

I think we will. I honestly believe this is being naked shorted also which is illegal. Naked shorting is selling short without borrowing the stock or selling the same borrowed stock over and over.

Fall of 2008 Bank of America was at $18.00. Emergency rule was put into place stating that you actually had to prove you were borrowing the stock before you shorted it. This was for financials only.
The next day the stock went from $18 to $24.00 and within a week it was at $35.00. Sounds incredible but it it absolutely true!

  • j.sellitti by j.sellitti May 8, 2014 10:29 AM Flag

Four times the available float is now short and growing. One of you big shorts can do yourself a favor and cover now. Beat your brother to the punch. Be the first guy out and save money. Most of the share are held by funds and insiders. These guys are not selling and when the shorts finally stop selling stock they don't have look out. The next deal will be a catalyst to a double.

So take my advice and cover at these cheap prices before your brother does. Fukito little buddy maybe you should take this advice. See you guys at $10.00!

  • Hey I am a poet and didn't know it. This drop is just an attack by the shorts. Most likely illegal naked shorts.Hey are the going to bring the short position to 5 times the available float. Good Luck to them.

I also spoke to Alan today. He was gracious enough to call me after I sent him an e:mail. I was impressed that the chief would speak to a little guy like me I liked what he had to say and we both agreed that the price action is solely based on the manipulation of the short and naked shorts. They have the power in the short run but will be badly burned as the short position is going up like crazy. When they stop selling look out because there will be very few real sellers. Don't forget the majority of this issue is owned by insiders and funds. I don't think many of these guys will sell before twenty dollars. I have seen this movie before and when they announce the next deal we will almost double the current price.

Hear that Fukito........Are you Japanese? do you like sushi? or are you just an imposter.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

UNIS Share price should be a lot higher

    Hello Big,

I am glad you have been in this for 10 years and respect your opinion. Like you say he may be over exuberant about his company as most Co's are but like I said it takes longer than he even believes to close these deals.

UNIS Share price should be a lot higher

You are right Elda this company has done great work over the past 11 months and they have only just begun! 24,000,000 in shorts .......will it keep growing by 1,000,000 every week. If you sell enough Mercedes into the market the price also goes down. Big deals and profitability will bring the real short squeeze. how will they cover as the insiders and funds won't be selling. Leave this group out and I believe we are at 4 times the float short. Anyone want to fact check that?

  • 10.9 news yesterday is way better than expected. Looks like a lot of revenue sources and I believe expected announcements. My short buddies are trying to keep the price down again today but I am expecting it to go higher.

I am also tired about hearing about UNIS over promising and under delivering. That is pure bull from the usual suspects. In my opinion they have delivered a lot in the last 11 months. I really don't think anyone who posts that nonsense how long it take to deliver a technology to a customer. Back and forth numerous times and just when you think the deal is done the customer comes back with another idea or requirement.i have experience with this and it is a fact jack. If you don't believe many more deals will be announced and profitability will be reach by the end of the year you will burn.

Call me a pumper as I don't care. I have a large amount of shares because I have been following and owning this company before it was on the NASDAQ. Keep calling the SEC but even if you don't you will see the price of UNIS at $10.00 by years end. Hear Tha Fukio, Mainnn 16, Papose, and you other shorts. I may give you a break and let go some shares at 9.99 which you will be covering at.

  • I believe if the SEC gets enough phone calls regarding the manipulation of UNiS they just might look into it.
SEC main complaint number in Washington DC is 202 551 6551 or 800 732 0330.

As Jimpler stated in his numbers post the short position is now 24,000,000 up from 22,000,000 2 weeks before and up 10,000,000 from a year ago. When you subtract funds and insiders the short is over three times the available float. These guys will do anything to get the price down to cover and in the last 3 weeks they have been very successful. These Seeking Alpha posts are nonsense scare tactics which were refuted by the analysts and the company. I am on a plane right now using Wi Fi but I noticed earlier that as usual they are bracketing the price. Low volume nobody in and they take it down. Put in an order to take the ask like I did yesterday they give you a few hundred shares and raise the ask. Today some one took the offer at 3.19 for a few thousand shares and with no trading they offer was lowered to 3.17. COME ON!! You have to be kidding.

I do believe we will actually be profitable in the third quarter but till then they will play this game. I am hoping each and every day for a mega announcement and I believe we will get it soon. The type of announcement I am expecting will bring the price up 25 percent in one day.

Shorts have a lot of power. eg. Bank of America was trading at 18 dollars in around November of 2008.
When the emergency short rules were put into effect where you had to prove you actually borrowed the stock before you shorted it it went to 24 dollars the next day and 35 dollars within a week. No Lie

Please make the call to the SEC mention the amount shorted , the endless seeking alpha nonsense and the day to day manipulation. Please join me in making the call because the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

    Thanks in advance

So you are a stock genius and admire your own body.........pretty lame I think you are a complete idiot!

  • j.sellitti j.sellitti Apr 23, 2014 11:44 AM Flag

I think I know more than you! Your Mom is calling she has the grilled cheese ready for you son.

  • Unilife, Dr K Markey from Griffin Securities and I believe Cantor all have stated that allegations on SA were totally unfounded or should I say false. How about the inference that UNIS would be the next partner of HIKMA to lose millions due to a failed partner due was written to make it look like it was UNIS. I had to read it again to be sure it was not. The company and the analysts would not put their own reputations on the line if they were not right.

Enough is enough with these shorts and I urge all shareholders to call the SEC lawyers. Believe it or not they are readily easy to reach and are located in Wash. DC, NY, Philly, and SF to name a few, I will find the numbers and post them the next chance I get.

Shorts writinf false allegations are going to be wearing a new PIN STRIPE SUIT.
