Wow! A very useful post! Bumped for those lazy posters who don't like to look very hard. Yeah I'm talking to you.
Yeah in between the garbage there are a few useful posts. 95% of posts here are trash but so what. That's a given. Pumper longs, rabid shorts. It goes with the territory. Obviously you don't look very hard. You don't think major players read the message boards? You are a fool then. You just keep thinking to yourself that the only people here are those with 1000 shares, ok?
You don't think the internet moves stock prices? Look at GALE and what happened there through internet promotion, pumping and dumping.
You are so so wrong. First, most large shareholders don't like to boast about their positions. Second, this is the only forum in which any investor, large or small, can share thoughts and have discussions.
That's why we come regardless of the number of shares. Not lying about my position which is substantial. Regardless of whether its 1000 shares or 1 million shares, investors have a common interest in seeing their investment grow.
I wouldn't be surprised to see major players reading and possibly posting on the message boards. There is no other publically accessible forum aside from Yahoo. Why do you think bashers are here 24/7? Because forums are filled with small and big fish alike.
Thats a poor measure really. VVUS has always been 75% institute owned and the price still dove from $30 to $5. Good luck with that one.
Scooped up another 20K today. $1.80 to $2.00 seems to be bottom for now. Very pleased at the round trip from $2 to $7 to $2.
Must look back to when the short interest was about 67 million a few months ago. The price was in the range of $6 to $7.
That is great news. Unfortunately for us, a drop from 67 million to 53 milion short did not result in any appreciation in price as ARNA sits at $5.96.
14 million shares magically covered with no increase in price. Where are the shares coming from?
Thank you for this post. Truth hurts short position.
Arena literally owns Acadia friend. Check the patents and platoforms and realize Acadia really has nothing.
Wonderful news. Moving along nicely.
Someone please remind me whether Eisai also owns the marketing rights to all pediatric indications.
FACT. Belviq replacing fenfluramine and achieving over 100,000 scripts per week for 15% to 17% weight loss. Get ready its coming sooner than you think.
Wrong. That is a reverse conversion. Basically a quick and dirty and unethical way to create shares out of thin air. MMs have been using these for 2 years to help put a lid on the price.
We have had weeks where the scripts were up huge and the price did nothing. Other weeks where scripts were flat or down, and the price went up. One data point on a chart means nothing.
Scripts are up 100% over 10 weeks and about to explode higher quickly. Ads are effective marketing tools for drugs period. They raise awareness for patients and doctors. I expect the ads to have an effect as soon as 1st week May.
Quit your B.S. already. You are not a doctor period. You have no medical knowledge whatsoever. Any attempt at posting anything medically legitimate is immediately refuted and disproven. Your grammar and spelling are atrocious and at a level below the 10th grade. Sorry I am long but this act only hurts ARNA longs, not helps.
Finally, Arena doesn't have reps. Eisai does.
Quit your B.S. already.
40 million were short when ARNA was at $2. 66 million were short when ARNA was $7. They will not let go. Must learn to live with the frustration.
Good news is that on down days where most bios were hammered for 5-8%, ARNA was flat to up.
ARNA is fine.
All shares in all 3 of my accounts loaned out as of today! Too funny. 12% APR to me. Keep squirming you slimy #$%$.
Yeah GALE at nearly the 52 week low after hitting 52 week high just a few months ago. Shorts are really really scared. Are you kidding me?
Are you goofy? Shorts don't need to cover friend as is demonstrated on a daily basis. Everyday the stock loses 5% plus since $7.75. Not even a respectable dead cat bounce!
No shorts do not need to cover, especially with the price in a down spiral.
