All I am saying is do not be shocked if we here nothing until November 2014 for a response from Parsons. Rumor now has it (rumor only) Parsons hasn't even briefed the documents from the Supreme Court.

I am hearing rumors of a late September verdict. You add the appeal by either side we are looking for closure by November 2014.

you figure after Parsons rules (any day now you would think) there will be another appeal. drag that on for the rest of the year and we are looking at late 2015 for the final verdict. Great Job Guys.

  • Annoying yes. However his/her opinion on GTX has been accurate. This is getting ugly even with positive results whats going to happen when the results do not meet their end-points? Management is weak and its obvious they care less of the shareholder. Just my opinion. Maybe when insiders were dumping their shares and/or resigning from the company I should of caught on to this. I was fooled. Good Luck to all

  • gotta love this jerk.

I do pretty well counter-punching short-n-distort crooks - if you think that counts as "cheerleading", then you've not gotten any smarter in my book, and that gives me no small amount of cheer. I've been waiting for you bears to step into the trap for some time now - looks like the shakiness of biotech has led you to believe that there are bad traders here you can fleece - maybe you're right about that, but Chancery awarding $200M cash (or any number of other remedies, including full enforcement of the LATS) is your headline risk - pretty please, pretend otherwise!. Are you trying to get short squeezed? Because wake-up-one-morning-and-a-judge-who's-idea-of-justice-you-already-hate-hates-on-you-some-more is how you get short squeezed. The more you press from a bully's sense of pride, in hopes you can run an effective shakedown, the more you'll owe if you don't find enough impatient longs. And anyone can see what you're doing, particularly the algos. They won't just scalp your cover - they will impale your account until you are forced into covering at a price you can't afford. Cue the protestations that you ain't short, and that St. Rose knows what "fiduciary" means, etc

    Sentiment: Sell
