I don't think so. Do you know who he is? He's Chairman of the Board at Merriman Holding, Merriman was enlisted to help out with WHLM a long time ago. Hope something finally happens.
This happened a few weeks ago. I don't know if they just didn't want to pay $15K fee or if they have other plans, like to get really listed on the nasdaq or something?
debreeze you ARE a freakin crony!!!! LOL You're right Mark makes money off his investments and his fellow investors too. He's been collecting a 4% dividend until he converted his shares then they started drawing salaries, so you're right he doing this to make money and he's the only making it!!
Tell your freaking boss to do something for all the shareholders!!!!
you sound like a crony. The fact is they are not putting anything out to the investment community to further the exposure of the stock except the required sec forms.. new castle controls it and we are beholding to them, hasn't been good so far. The price of the stock should have exceeded the deal price long ago. And if you think anything different let go back to my first sentence. They have already got brad's shares at 1/2 price, its time to take it back up and prelim. indications of market makers seem they are or playing with someone trying to buy a few shares. My guess is they are in the middle of re pricing it right now. The are doing this very slowly and methodically. We will see, like everyone else, I am sick of waiting except that smelly debreeze!!
counterclaim, that's is what's up. I can't believe it. If it's true he should go to jail, sounds like stealing from the co. to me. What do you think?
What does gaming in Vegas have to do with him quitting or getting fired? Do you know what the cause for termination was? or the reason for his resignation? some of the articles said "they were not seeing eye to eye on how to run the co" what was their disagreement?
Thats the kind of questions I would like answered!
This is all I could find, not much.
-Says they couldn't see eye to eye on how to run the company.
-It says a few bookers walked Friday
-Sean says he owns many shares
I doubt it was Sean or Brad selling yesterday. I don't think either one would want to sell their shares at 13 cents, but who knows.
