    head and shoulders top forming?

11 million shares are in at between $20 to $21 per share. Breaking through that would take a huge sell off. I doubt that will happen - especially since all news that gets pried out the monthly presentation updates is progressively more positive and the time to market is progressively smaller.

Daily short interest ratio on Thursday was 62%. We have now seen eight consecutive days of a daily short interest ratio between 57% and 69%. This has never happened with Insmed before - and just as the results get better and better and we get closer and closer to marketing authorization in the EU. Their is clearly an agenda here but to what end? There will be no new shares issued for a very long time, well past the start of revenue generation. The $325 million they have in the bank guarantees this Time will tell.

It's 4:46 am on the west coast and Mr "I live in California is posting". Sure. t's time for you to "drop off this board" Terry. You have stated on many occasions you are leaving for good and then never leave. You have nothing anyone wants to hear from you or your 34 fake ids. This board will be a much more productive and collaborative place when you go - as you said you would. So go.

Actually, you posted once before and only on this board. You show no posts, ever, on any other boards, Sorry I didn't believe you but I don't. And, btw, by coincidence you received exactly 11 thumbs up on your January post and miraculously have received as of now 11 thumbs up on this post. Goodbye Terry.staak002.

There are a half dozen products in-market for CF so it's clear nobody has orphan status - so I don't see it as being an issue. So, we have a bunch of indications with zero other designated products, orphan or otherwise. This shouldn't take them even a day to put together as they already have been designated orphan status in the US and clearly already had to clear this hurdle.

So, it appears we still have a shot at approval by September. All good.

So, it appears that they just have to state whether Arikace conflicts with any "similar" product that may have been granted orphan status in the past for the specific use designated. As they were granted orphan status in the US and have been fast tracked in the EU - and their is no other approved treatment on the books in either the EU or US - they should have an easy road to travel now and I would guess they already have a response created. Not really a hurdle at this point but just a piece of paperwork to submit. Let's hope for the July meeting approval. Even if September that will put us in-market for at least availability to sell in Q4.

Daily short sales interest was a shade sort of 70% today. As the news and results continue to get better short interest continues to rise. We're getting close to 10% of total shares issued again.

How does this sync with this statement from the EMA website? "The CHMP and CVMP are obliged by the Regulation to reach decisions within 210 days, though the clock is stopped if it is necessary to ask the applicant for clarification or further supporting data." What changed from your original thought of around September - which seems to reflect this statement?. Thx.

One thing is for sure - covering 4 million shares with this kind of volume is impossible without driving up the share price to ridiculous levels in short order. Cross your fingers.

  • Yesterday was 65%. Over the past seven days the average daily short sales interest is now over 60% Someone is spending a lot of money to keep the stock pinned down. Why? Today's release of short interest through the 15th will be interesting.

To say Terry is a pathological, narcissistic liar is an understatement. Terry and his 34 fake ids have haunted this board for a long time and finally, it appears, Yahoo has banned many of them. He is a very sick person and needs to be ejected by Yahoo from the message boards as soon as possible.

Terry/newagebios is back. Newagebios is Terry's attack dog id. Terry/terry_insm likes to maintain the "high road" while Terry/newagebios gets mean and nasty. To say this clown is a total schizo is an understatement. It looks like Terry actually salvaged as many as four of his fake ids. But, it also appears that Yahoo makes hime log in and out over and over again to use them.

To say Terry is a complete freak and liar is an understatement. And,of course, his 34 fake ids, schizophrenia and just reinforces his utter lack of credibility on any topic. One of his fake Ids said he doesn't live "in the lower 48". I still maintain he lives in some third world backwater, maybe in Asia. He's much more interesting when he gets drunk and starts ranting about all kinds of weird stuff.

I guess that makes sense but I cannot fathom why the FDA, given these results, isn't bending over backwards to get Arikace into the market.

I think the problem is the last share sales likely filled any demand from the institutions and let them off the hook from having to buy on the open market. So, volume has completely dried up for now and will likely stay low until they announce something of substance. Of course, they achieve a cure rate on MAC of over 50% in six months of treatment and we get nothing from a PR standpoint. They clearly have zero interest in supporting the share price by publicizing successes, Why? I can't fathom what they have to lose by letting the general market know what they are achieving..
