that price was negotiated days, possibly weeks, before it was announced, fair price when they negotiated it was probably 6.50 or so and therefore the investor got a premium. if i had millions to invest I would expect some degree of premium as well. The first secondary offering investor has made a ton of money, so very well could be the investor this time as well.
Could you please due some rudimentary research on basic physics before you make such blatantly false statements.
Unions have been irrelevant since the 1980s when the air traffic control strike failed. They continue to lose membership and what minimal relevance they still have is fading quickly. So your post by definition is irrelevant.
I have been in and out of this since March of 2013. Pretty amazing ride all the way around. Have made $152K in the process. Just wanted to say thank you God, I couldn't do this on my own and don't begin to say I was smart enough to make this happen. Good luck to all, I am out for now.
Literally I will cash out a couple thousand shares and take the kids to disney. I have made more in the last week than I do in a year. $90K to the good. God is good. Congrats to the longs that have been here since March or longer.
I am in at 40,300 shares, actually borrowed cash from my father to get more shares, don't want anyone thinking I turned $5000 into $110,000 but it has turned it into almost $40,000 now.
I could say I saw this coming, I wish I had the knowledge to spot something like this. Truth is back in March I had $5000 to invest and was looking around reading different things and saw PLUG mentioned in a blog post, did a little research and thought I could trade this. Got in around .23 sold back and forth a few times over the last few months and have some how stumbled into a huge gain. Thank you God for pointing me the right direction. Not the witty banter I usually see on this board, not any amazing analysis of why this is such a good trade, just truth as I see it. Hope all that have stayed like MD, Angie have done as well, Omnesion sorry for you.
