Mechel has very significant debt. Equity owners might be significantly diluted or wiped out by debt holders.Might be a very interesting buy at about 2 to 3 weeks before Jan 1 . I believe many analysts , Mechel observers can fairly accurately estimate a scary loss after the recent operational statistics. Thoughts ?
The drug approval process could be 5 to 6 + years. The market does not discount ( I Think ) that far out. Obvious new potential competition and the serious issue of further serious dilution . The last Alpha author gave a good long term view. The really sad part is 100,000 of thousands of AF patients would likely live a vastly longer life.
Nearly every Long has gotten seriously hurt in this stock in the past 10 years . For example I had a 401K Balance of over $1M in 2001 + . from 10000 shares of the prior stock Hyseq. The second reverse split really got me.
Massive volume and another very limited upside advance. Getting scary. Maybe a massive down market day was the reason ? Why so many sellers ? You all understand there are really approximately 22+ Million shares outstanding with conversion. Read last equity offering . But then remember the possible hidden vault of a few new drug candidates. Confusing to me.
