I agree...Mgmt is babysitting. It's pretty easy to see that they'll miss the next qtr. Remember, $4.5M in revenue this quarter was from the sale of a piece of the biz. Take that revenue out, and you'll what the next quarter miss will look like.
They might try to sell some assets, but not sure what those will be, or how much they can get from it. Obvious choice is the eClinical division - again, not sure they can get too much from it. There's a reason it's valued so low
When Ferro ran out of accounting gimmics, he has nothing more to contribute. Remember, he bought the bulk of the company for $0.26 per share. He's bought since, but his dollar-cost-average is so low, he's sitting on gains. Also, he made his money on the debt and self-dealing fees.
Dearborn is not suited to the job. And their CFO is equally uninspring.
