Anyone wanting to buy this stock -- DON'T. You are better off buying some other stock with higher volatility = higher return.
The die hard longs in this board are mostly members of the management or related to management. They needed MONEY soon. So, they will try to pump this stock. However, they are unwilling to pay for it themselves, so they needed naive investors to buy their shares.
Don't be that VICTIM. Management is issuing shares right now, and they will sell at any price as long as there are BIDS.
So, who knows why some people are buying? how about irrationality?
Irrational hope. LOL
read the SEC form -- it will be listed on the capital market on January 29th, that's Tuesday of next week.
Wow! Even the company doesn't believe that it can continue to meet the financial and bid price requirement to stay on the most premium nasdaq market -- the GLOBAL.
Talk about confidence!!! This firm needs a dose of that!
also look for SEC correspondence since 2008.
Many of their assumptions, estimates, and claims has been challenged. This accounting mishap will not last long. Do research on the reverse merger too.
You owe it to the long investors that you correct your mistake in earlier articles.
Please look at auditor's notes. Pay attention to what they say about the internal control, and about the "material weakness" in this company's accounting.
This company claims 170 million USD per quarter in revenue, you would expect that they can attract qualified accounting personnel to make sure their financials are in compliance.
okay, besides the price action.
May I know if there is some fundamental change to the company's condition? I haven't read any official news or SEC filings yet regarding this company.
What's the speculation? Merger/Acquisition improved sales? What are we looking at?
What's new with the company?
To clarify -- If US to US deals have high failure rate, you can imagine what it means if the acquisitor is a S. Korean company.
whats your gain? if over 30% try selling at least half. I think 4.75 is probably the best that this company can do given the worsening balance sheet, and the acquisition can still fail at this point. The fact is this is an international acquisition. Most US to US company deals like this doesn't go through, so the PPS could tank tomorrow or the next few days. Nothing is final yet!!
........I don't think lawyers can do anything now--the company is at the brink of bankruptcy. This is like the best deal that they could get. Look at the balance sheet, people!!!
I was thinking of buying more at this level, but looking at the chart--it will bounce back a little bit, but the trend will probably continue to go downward.
So much for a promising stock!!
Earnings still on february, and yes, probably mediocre results, and actually maybe huge loss from their recent investment... wow--this keeps going down. I am glad I had my stop loss above the price I bought the stock--so instead of 80%--my profit is only 15%. This sucks!!!
my crystal ball says no. Probably in low 3s, then after earnings, going back to low 4s
This company is worth $500 billion. The drug is first class!!!! At this price and market cap, still too cheap. The 370,000 Revenue quarterly will grow exponentially next quarter-- my guess, 200 million. This company does not need equity financing. Big pharma will fund their operations--let's say 500 million for research and admin expenses.
