My impression of a typical press release day for Tim Young involves watching about 7 1/2 hours of television, Googling the word "hydrogen" and re-posting the first news article that he clicks to Marketwired. Thanks Tim, how about discussing HYSR's projected path to securing contracts with California for hydrogen distribution to this "highway"? What happened to capturing the co-produced oxygen with organic waste, if it was so necessary who/where is the first WWTP that you plan to co-generate with?

I know, bit of a shock, guess that's what Seeking Alpha can do to smaller REITs. I *just* sold some $15 Mar 2015 calls yesterday for $0.20 thinking I caught the top...now they're $0.20 in the money!

    $0.90 annually with 10-15% growth. Awesome @ $20/share.

I was excited about HIFR, unique concept, seems like a great alternative to utility ETFs. Sadly the IPO frenzy pumped this up too high. Sub-4% yield makes it just part of the crowd. At their projected dividend growth rate it'll take years for HIFR to yield over 4%.
