Mr.Market loves your total disregard for systemic risk. Maybe not this time but eventually you will have to learn what i'm talking about. There is no other option. This lesson is mandatory for all participants.
I would say bs.VG is moving to category of potential momentum stock that has nothing to do with your number.
I would say your concern is totally unfounded and here is why. Some investors shy away from UUUU because of "too small market cap". Dillution is a solution.
Read the article if you don't believe me.
Here how this contradictory factor influences the markets at time.
G.Soros claims that Brexit can potentially create another black monday.I say not so fast. Market doesn't like uncertainty but it doesn't mean we can't see "relef rally" despite the outcome since we are still in secular bull.
There is nothing wrong with managing your "stock portfolio garden" as long as you know how to have some dry powder on the sidelines most of the time and wisely use it while minimizing your short term gain exposure.
If we see $8, it will likely be on a high volume breakout move thru $7, and $8 will be mile marker on the way to $9."
Some major crystal balls at work here.Personally i prefer tee leaf readings.
And in my opinion in order to understand the market you have to study the way your brain works. There is no other option or else just get out of the stock market and never look back.
You got this one right. It is never ending dilema how to deal with something that most of the time makes no sense and yet almost always makes sense when you look at it from time perspective.
Let me give you recent example based on oil price trend. Everybody knew Iranian oil was coming to the market and yet this obviously negative factor turned out to be positive catalyst for long term price inflection point.
If you believe in having a piece of information that is not already known by the market it is called insider information. It is safer to assume that market knows everytning because that helps you develop friendly attitude instead hostile which is always positive because the market occasionally reveals important clues to group of frends rather than everybody.
R/S stands for reverse split.
One thing to accept unconditionally is the intent of the market to confuse you,me and as many as possible in order to have us trapped in gambling side of the market participants. Once you are there this game is over, just a matter of time.
One of the most effective market tools is using your imagination working agains you so part of your brain is being influenced by constant barrage of contradictory information to the point where you are presented with two choices:stick to your failing strategy/irrational side of the market/ or to try something new which in many cases boils down to undisciplined trading attempt.
Those who are predisposed to strong belief system of cause and effect principle usually are the first victims.
The day you accepted r/s as a part of survival tactic, you also had to accept future dillution as the same strategy.
Am i missing something?
I'm affraid you can't agree with me and Dgroves at the same time.As oppose to him i show unconditional acceptance of market's judgement. Mr.Market is telling you VG is not worth what Dgroves expects. I do not know why but maybe because VG is not in the possible/probable buy candidate category unlike the peers.
Have you ever considered this point of view?
This maybe my imagination but what if it's not?
Mr.Market has very interesting ability to keep great majority of participants in denial state of mind for long time. I remember many "reputable" talking heads/so called investment advisors/ warning their followers not to enter US stock market until they see final bottom.Thay was in Summer/Fall of 2009,several months after the train already left the station.
If you look att 6 month chart UUUU has been showing relative strenght v/v CCJ-the leader of the sector in last secular bear cycle. As a contrarian and long holder of UUUU i'm very happy to see more and more talking heads pushing CCJ as the best bet in the group.
Change your underwear. This stock should have been above $7.5 by now without any upgrades.
My sell all price target is around $10 as of today.
Rumor has it and perma's pants are wet from excitement hoping big money players are discovering this little "undervalued" gem called VG.
So what's your expectations and share price target now?
Looks like another, maybe last opportunity to move your money over to U bear cycle survivor has passed but hope is still alive.Isn't it?
