  • 1. What the hell was wrong with the sales force that the company has hired over the past 18 months? What could have changed? And why did Dr. Chan et. al not give a better explanation of what they had issues with? The comment was very nebulous and "cavallier".

    2. Why did the company not make investors aware of these sales issues (WHATEVER THEY ARE) and their revamping efforts before dropping the bomb afterhours resulting in massive losses by their faithful investors? Had investors been informed as the company began this process, many would have had a better chance of managing our investments. Obviously there were some on the inside that were privy to this information and kept their mouths shut!

    3. Distributor sales are hitting roadblocks or not even occurring. Distributors in 29 Countries and we only had sales of $870,000 over a 3 month period? Do the math and it looks like less than 250 patients treated. And sales will be worse in Q1 2015?!?!?

    4. After successfully getting listed on the NASDAQ, the Company has blown a unique PR opportunity to garner more attention for the company and come away looking inept and unreliable. Credibility of management is now suspect IMHO. I just hope they realize the damage they have done to the progress of this company by "choosing to FIX undefined sales issues".

    5. WTF did they present at the Conference last week????????????? No clue was even given in the annual report.

    6. There has to still be something the company is not sharing with investors. I am not pulling my money out even though I still have profits But they had better get their act together and be more forthright with investors . I just don't understand how they could have been so stupid. Who is advising them on such issues? And should the company not have been obligated to forewarn investors of such setbacks weeks before dropping the bomb?

I need some time away from this company so may not post for a while. Best of luck to everyone.

  • who want in and will be reporting their stake in the company shares tomorrow? Just wondering if the price was brought down so they could take cheaper positions. We will know shortly. In my heart I still believe that CTSO will report Q over Q growth in sales revenues of at least 70%. But hoping closer to 85% to 90%. Minutes away from the answer. Good luck to stockholders.

Thanks kenve62. I was not thinking and stand corrected. You are correct that this will only be a conference call. Guess we will have to continue our wait until the annual meeting. But I still think the "CONFERENCE CALL" is going to be VERY positive and surprising.

ctso4life. Guess you did not read my first three sentences. That is the answer to your question.,

  • The annual meeting will be a historic moment for Cytosorbents. This will be their FIRST annual meeting and I believe they will want it to be an incredible start for the company going forward. I believe that Dr. Chan and company will present Every possible piece of information that the company can regarding the status of the company. I think it has been long enough and the company has likely been delaying the announcement of then cardiac partner until the annual meeting. I believe the noticeably absent update on have last week's conference went will be brought to light. I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised by the sales revenues for Q4. And I cannot believe there was not some data results presented during last week's conference that will be shared as well. Not sure if the company will be comfortable with providing guidance for Q1 but hope they do, especially since the quarter will be over. Tuesday's annual meeting should be a strong affirmation of our beliefs that this company will rise to become a major player in the medical field and save countless lives. May ALL our dreams come true.

For me the OBVIOUS QUESTION is.....Where are all thee shares coming from that are being bought? This is a very attypical volume for this stock. Who in their right mind would be taking profits and selling out? Doesn't make any sense. Even if we get a minor pullback we all know where this is headed. We can only hope that the company will back this up with some PR's about the conference next week, possible some data results and then follow up with a strong Q4 report.

DON'T YOU DARE SELL AT $30!!!! Are you nuts? Surely you realize just how high this stock price can go over the next 3 years! Please hold on to most or all of you shares. take a few shares off to treat your self but don't loose out on the huge gains coming in the coming years. Seriously.

And I find it strange that Zacks was our first analyst and yet still have the lowest price target. Surely they should realize that they need to re-evaluate their position or they will look stupid.

sorry ireland... I think you are wrong on this one. My theory is that the likes are coming from those planning to attend this weeks conference and they have been reading up prior to the conference and like what they are reading. But doesn't really matter. Just look at the price action and you can see that people are liking the company's product and stock potential.

Agree that the $10 billion seems kind of undaunting, but when you realize we are already 1/40 of that size does it seem that farfetched with the company barely off the ground with sales that we might be able to grow 40-fold over the next 3-5 years? Plus we may be selling more than one product by then. I really believe this will happen unless we hit a big roadblock.

I think Dr. Chan gave us a clue about this in the PR and quite frankly, without some clinical results to present, how can you better attract interest in our product. This needs to be the moment we springboard the company:

Dr. Phillip Chan, Chief Executive Officer of CytoSorbents stated, "CytoSorb® is truly an international therapy, with CE Mark approval in the European Union and distribution expanding to more than 29 countries throughout the world. Our increased presence and participation at leading clinical conferences such as ISICEM, underscores our commitment as an emerging leader in critical care immunotherapy to 1) Support our customers with the generation of clinical data

sbenni1...I think your strategy won't work. Earnings will likely come out prior to April 3rd and you will end up paying 20% or more for your CTSO shares. I doubt your dividend payment would be worth that. It is your call but I would personally get your CTSO shares ASAP. Just Saying.

mb2007....welcome to the fold. You will find all the information you need about the potential of this stock by reading the message board posts, the press releases and visiting the company's website. I have been long for over 3 years and I can all but PROMISE you that, excluding any future splits, the stock price for this company could very easily get to $400 per share by 2019. Of course, as that happens the company will split the stock to increase their small float. I would strongly encourage you and others to just sit tight, ignore stock price swings and hold your shares for a minimum of 3-4 years and you will make more money than you could ever make playing other stocks in the stock market. 3-4 years is not that long a wait so sit back and enjoy the ride and give us your feedback along the ride up. Again, WELCOME.

  • for the release of some of the clinical data that we have all been waiting on. What better venue and timing could there be. I am not saying this is going to ramp up to $20 per share over the next month, but we should experience some very nice gains in the stock price, maybe to above $15 per share. And I still believe that Q4 sales revenues will be above $1.75 million. Just saying.
